I'm a bit hestiant to post my wallpapers here (I haven't tried anything serious in a long time) but I want to start again so here's something I did a few days ago:

Just played around a bit with the colours and blending etc. I thought it looked nice, although I'm torn between letting the lyrics stay or removing them... (It's from "I was there" by Green Day)

You need to fix the text at the top. I can't read the 2nd part of it.
And I think you should tone down the brightness on the girl in the middle.
The lyrics are nice and I think they look good on the wally.

The lighting's pretty good, but the text...=P You can adjust the font to another one that fits the wall better. I'd also get rid of the stroek and the weird glow around it =/ Best option is probably making it white then changing the layer to overlay XD I dunno, you may want to play around with the text a bit more. Other than that, great start!
