Do you have any interesting tattoos or piercings?

Do you think people can go overboard with getting places pierced and tattooed. I know I've seen a few people who probably set off metal detectors at airports. When do you think the line is crossed between cool and overkill?
I have two holes in each ear and a stud in my nose.
I've always wanted a small tattoo on my foot but I have this immense fear of needles. I only managed to get my nose piercing because I knew it would be a one second thing. The thought of a needle poking me over and over is like

I only have 2 earring holes on each ear, and that's about it. I guess I just don't really want complications when I'm older, especially permanent tattooes. The thought of having them eradicated with laser in the future is quite pointless.

At one point in time, I had 23 body piercings (including 9 phallic) and 11 earrings and used to set off the metal detector at the local court house. Once when this happened, this punk cop got all belligerent and wanded me. When he came to my crotch, the wand went off and he gave me the "This is my big bust look!" I nonchalantly told him I had 9 phallic piercings, offered to show him, and began unzipping my pants. He went bonkers, got red-faced, and started yelling, "No, No!! Just move along!" Good times! I so hate "pork-rinds."
As for tattoos, mine was exclusively designed by me for my body using Corel Draw. Also, if you think tattoos aren't painful, try a full upper body tattoo like mine. It has been excruciating, but since I'm an idiot, I'll continue to finish it. I still have about 30-50 hours to go.

I have 4 in my left ear and 3 in my right. My first year of college I got my eyebrow pierced and a year after that I got my belly button done.

I have two tattoos, nothing special about them, though. They are just of things I like. I have my ears pierced (I hardly ever wear earrings, though) and my tongue pierced. I still want a belly button piercing, but I want to get in better shape before I do it.
I have seen people that have tattoos and whatnot all over themselves and I have to wonder what they'll look like when they get much older. I want maybe one or two more, but that's about it.

I only have the standard one hole in each ear, and I have one small tattoo on my right shoulder blade; it's the Japanese kanji for "Love."
I did too, but I was really surprised; it hardly hurt at all. It just felt like a slightly annoying scratching sensation... Then again, my tattoo was small, plus I think the level of pain depends on where you get the tattoo, I think.

Well, I have two tattoos (left arm and right leg) and I'm planning to do more as soon as got the money. And I have one piercing on the top of the ear, I also want to have more, on the other ear.
My tattos express things I like. They are a dragon on my leg, because of the oriental culture; and a rose on the arm it's a tribute to the family name. So they are very important to me.
I also think tattoo is a art, it's like painting, but instead canvas it's someone skin.

It was sparkly... hehehe... I would never get permanent tatoos...

Well, I have two piercings in each ear, though I want another for the cartilage. I've thought about getting my nose pierced, but my family would probably kill me, and I'm not sure if I would want it later on...Tattoos are the same. I'd love a small tattoo on my ankle or shoulder, but I could never decide on what to get...
I have a 2 tatoos on my left leg. I gottem when I was little one is my moms name and the other is my dads.
I just have my ears pierced, which is the way I'm gonna keep it for piercings. I plan on getting a couple of tats at least, once I have enough money. :)

Yeah, I think so too; especially when girls go overboard. I believe a couple smaller tattoos look nice, but like my best friend, I told her that she was starting to look a lot like a biker chick. *...sweatdrop* She has angel wings across her shoulder blades, a big seahorse on her lower back, two four-leaf clovers on her stomach, and she is planning on getting an Irish symbol on the inside of her wrist. She also said she wants to have a whole air/water theme on her back!
Getting tattoos is like an addictive drug for her...

I've had my ears peirced twice but both times the holes closed up. When I get older I plan on peircing my ears about three or four times each and getting belly button peirced.
Hey whats up, i've had my ear peirced for about 5 years not and i feel so naked without it. Thinking about getting a tattoo pretty soon not sure what of yet but im gonna make sure its something i live with for the rest of my life.
I do think people can go over board with tattoos at times but some people you just can't see them being without tattoos its weird. Some people have some very different places where they get there peircings but hey they wanted it makes you kinda think what they did in the places you cant see. hehehe
but all in all its just fun!
