Here's my critique:
The image isn't as fuuny when the carrots not at the top, right now it looks like they're looking into space.
The font you chose is basic and ugly, use another.
The background pattern is boring and blurry. It's not very interesting.
I'm not too fond of having the large white box in the center, it doesn't use space well.
Good start, but it need some more work.
