The scan is a little bit blurry and the background is too simple..

I recommend better color combination.

Setting artistic qualities aside, color red simply makes people feel glared at.

Red is not a healthy color & damages your eye if you stare at it too long. That would pressure people to simply switch the wallpaper to another or something better.

If nobody's going to use the wallpaper, why make it? So, I recommend you take my recommendation. Good job, though.

the scan is too blurry.. try vectoring the scan. this scan is really good to vector. if you dont know how to vector, just search for the tutorials on google or you can find tutorials on deviantart.com <-- really cool website

the background looks too simple and too plain right now but once you're done vectoring the scan, the background would blend more with the scan. the fontstyle choice isnt good. I dont know what fontstyle you could use for this wallpaper but try to avoid using fontstyles that look like the font that you are using right now..
