Hmm, i don't know too much about creating wallpapers so i wont be harsh :P

hmm, well first of all i don't like tenma especially much. but it's simple and that's a plus

maybe a wallpaper of tenma and karasuma would be better with harima in the background and do a or something like that, i like fun papers :D

in overall it's good i think, but do a more fun paper next time, and remember keep it simple :D

I think it's clear, and this is good, but i didn't like the motoboy..

I agree.
The motoboy doesnt look good in the background. And your background is a little simple (however sometimes simplicity works just fine). I dont know, maybe trying some other backgrounds or changing the School Rumble logo does the trick.

Remember before submiting your wallpaper put your signature in your wallpaper.
