Did you colour it yourself?
The sky is not so good. Given the rest of the wall it should really be a proper clouds job. Either treat some stock or hunt down some brushing tutorials.

I was thinking about making clouds, but decided to keep it more simple. If I would make clouds, the sky would be dark. Or should I make bright? Maybe sunset?

Well, I personally think that looks a lot better, but the clouds could do with some work. Looks like the cloud filter was involved somewhere and the one thing the cloud filter shouldn't be used for is clouds. Stock manipulation might be the way to go. The "time of day" for the clouds is spot on - mid-day fits the colouration of naruto and the village.

Hmm...have you thought about vectoring Naruto, it would look interesting.
I think this is really good... The Konoha village in the background looks good :)
