Yep, you're going to need a source on this. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's probably not an anime but either a Manga or a Video Game.

yeah RamenAvenger is right. this is fanart. characters are from Maria-sama ga Miteru. their names are (starting from the blond girl in the back in clockwise) Shimako, Sachiko, Touko, and Yoshino. somehow i like the art here better than the original XD.
