Well, this one's a vector done by me, all the photoshopping was on the eye, since it's the main attraction of them wall. :) Tell me if something's just shouting "CHANGE ME!" or if you spot any minor errors. X3

I just wanna know who that is lol. Has to be an Uchiha since Kakashi's is on his left eye... Um I dunno why theres sort of a whisp of smoke/glare over the Sharingan, but otherwise it's PERFECT ^^

Looks awesome! I like the dark feel. Like puppychow said, there seems to be a strange bit of smoke in the Sharingan eye, which looks a little off, considering this was a vector.
And, continuing on with the guessing game, I think it's Itachi, since Sasuke hasn't gotten the mangekyou sharingan yet. XP

Lol, I never thought of it as a guessing game. I thought the line on his face was a good enough hint. =\
-As for this smokey effect it was so that it looked more like an eye. It's not all vectored because I wanted to stress the focus on the eye, so I made they "depth" in it. =3

I like the texture (if thats waht it is) on the sharingan eye. My only thing is...what about the other eye?
Hey, did you notice that "embargo" is the backwards of "o grab me"?
Lol, the other eye is closed, because it's crying. (Over the loss of his best friend in order to obtain the mangekyou sharingan. He didn't actually cry, but he was crying inside, therefore, the tears are red [blood]) :P

The only thing that bugs me about this vector is the light/smoke colour in the left eye, especially when it is over the mangekyou sharingan? Sorry I haven't watched Naruto. Other then that it look great, very stark :)

Um...are those motion lines I see on the iris? :/ Looks rather odd because the lines are vertical. Go to http://www.n-sane.net/tutorials/crystalcleariris/index.php. You don't necessarily have to follow this tutorial, but it could give you some ideas.
Other than the weird lines on the eye, everything looks great, methinks. ^^

IMO, I think the whole eye should be vectored. It is still possible to put focus on the eye itself while remaining a vector... >__> I think the whole thing that makes it look wrong is how the eye isn't stark black anymore, after the layer on top. I'd add more circular shapes around it, such as something like this to put emphasis:

That's a b*tching wall. I don't know why but the eye looks a tiny bit misplaced, like it's a little too close to the nose and a tiny amount too high, judging from their canthi (internal angles) :P But maybe that's just me... it might be an optical illusion because of the contrast between black and white.
