Heres an attempt on a school rumble based wallpaper
Got the main picture from a screen cap of the anime from season 2 episode 2
i feel that this wallpaper is really kinda simple and plain so i'd like some suggestions on what to add on to it and how to improve on it

Its sure is simple ^^" .. you might try coloring it to make it clearer .. or vectoring it will be even better .
the text need to be moved and add better style in it .. and you have to do somthing about the empty bg :) .

Hmmm..if you got the scan from a screencap..automatically you should vector it...The scan you shoose is quite good so good luck on vectorig,then make also the background vector so that they will match..

I think you dont even need to color it...just do some vector...colors will make the "OM*G" impact go away =b
To be honest, this is barely a wallpaper... just looks like a stretched screencap with text slapped on.
Of course, there's nothing wrong with a screencap... but unless you can clean it up and/or vector it, I doubt it would even get accepted... If you need help with vectoring and whatnot, just surf some sites. There's many great tutorial sites on the web to get you started.

no direct use of screenshot is allowed in walls. either painted, or Vectored.
also, the borders are a bit annoying. and the text is way too slapped on too.
well.. i suggest you find a better scan to work with
