Oh i knew something like this was gonna appear sooner or later...though i think they dont like "vs" threads...anyways
I have to ssay Lelouch (WOOTTT FANBOY YEY!) will definetly win cuz unlike Light, who needs a name and face, Lelouch's identity is well hidden plus if he seen Light face to face, Light's f***ed basically.
He could just say "kill urself you shinigami boy" then *zing* *applause* victory! :D :D
So whats next? They fight 2 on 2 with Misa and Kallen XD XD...well it would be intresting if that happened but if ever it did, before Misa could right Lelouch and Kallen's name down, Lelouch could just order Misa and Light to kill themselves. AND lets not forget Kallen has are really freakin powerful robot.

with geass, it's like shinigami eyes are useless because you must see his face.

So they are in a competition to do what exactly? Fight? Out think each other? Pilot a knightmare? Find out who can kill the emperor of brittania the fastest? Who can bring the most pizza's to C.C in shortest amount of time? Figure out L's real name?

If they were to fight...then i think Light would win cuz he's just smarter
Lelouch would win. Light needs too much information to be able to kill Lelouch, and in that time, Lelouch can just use Geass. =]
Well, who would win would depend on certain things.
Such as say there was a world with Kira and suddenly a character who calls himself Zero comes out. So for some reason they want to kill each other. First of all, Light isn't stupid enough to reveal himself needlessly. And Lelouch isn't stupid enough to do anything that might kill his identity. It would all depend on who suspects who first. Lelouch suspects Light he can use the Geass and take him out.
If Light suspects Lelouch, he can easily take him out because like Light Lelouch is well known. It'd be an interesting arguement but I can't choose.

The way RathNatakaru says this theory is like that of L vs Light, isn't it?
I pretty much agree with RathNatakaru. I mean, since both of them are geniuses, then they wouldn't do a face to face confrontation, otherwise it's plain stupid. It's as good as killing themselves once they face each other.
Of course, technically once Lelouch faces Light, Lelouch would have the upper hand...unless Light found out first that Lelouch had Geass,knew how to prevent himself from getting controlled, and wrote Lelouch's name down first...
So it depends on who gets the info on their opponent first. Pretty unpredictable.

Lelouch is much stronger and powerful than Light. Lelouch has geass power,and Light just have Death Note,,, i don't think Death Note will win againts the power of geass because if we want write name of someone in Death note,we must name of that guy,with geass Lelouch can make Light forgoten about his name.

Light > Lelouch. Light is plenty more badass than Lelouch. Last one is still a crybaby imo while Light can kill whomever he wants, even his own friends and family without thinking twice about it.
Lulu can also use Guren :))) Or CC would do...
But Light smarter I think... Before to use geass Lulu should know on whom. But they can make union, don't you think. Oh... those revolutioners!

Yes...both of them arent that stupid BUT if it comes down to suspicions, we know that Light and Lelouch are experts at protecting their identity. However, if say they did start suspecting each other, Lelouch can use his geass to forcefully ask Light if he is Kira then get the police to forcefully kill him. And he can easily get away with it because geass leaves no traces or even memories.
AND OF COURSE, all the people who are "I love Kira" will say..."Light can also write Lelouch's name as soon as he starts suspecting him" BUT if you are really a deathnote fan, you know how Light thinks. He will NEVER kill random people because as much as possible, he wouldnt want to kill innocent lives.
You know what we should do? Meet both the character designers of those two and ask their opinion on this matter

I agree with you^^ And I think Lelouch is smarter than Light...=D And Lelouch would kill him before he has time to write Lelouch's name into the Death Note...
I watch both Death Note and Code Geass. And I'd have to say Light is smarter, or Lelouch is more unfourtunate. Leleouch got his mask stolen by the cat! Haha
