Interesting..... but you need more detail~ Work on making those lines with one stroke instead of sketching over and over. Start light and take your time and eventually you'll be able to pull off a smooth stroke.
Lol... yeh.. most time i draw without pre thought so thats y i guess it looks super sketchy
eg... this...
i did this in like 10mins... relation... i was unhappy the day before

yeh im a really lazy person...

Not bad. I agree with what hasuchObe said about making your lines less sketchy, it'll improve the quality of your drawings ten fold. I also agree with the "needs more detail comment" too.
Don't get me wrong your sketches are good and you don't seem to bad at proportions either. Starting off drawing an image lightly, even when you don't know what you are going to draw (most of the time I don't either) really helps. It means that you can play around with poses and proportions easier before commiting yourself to a darker line. It makes it easier to erase if you make a mistake too. I find drawing lightly to start off with gives me more time to be creative with what detail I'll add to a character. It's worth a try and will improve your art alot. You don't need to know what you are drawing to start off with either. I normally draw a stick man type thing then build my character up from that.
I'm not trying to stop you from drawing scruffy all the time, it's just with character skecthes it helps to be more precise. With your chibi, the scribbly lines look fine because it suits the emotion in the drawing. It'll help broden the styles you draw in at least.
My main advice is thr obvious one though... Keep practising! Practise makes perfect...
Oh and don't be affraid to use referrence images. I know it sounds wierd but it helps when you wanna experiment with different poses. It helps you see how the body bends and how everything should be in proportion! Anyway...
Good luck!

Some of the art that I have in my gallery (on my website) was done by putting random reference points (around 20 or 30) all over the page and going from there. A few were traced, and the rest I did careful study of the picture, look back and forth at my pad and the picture, and it came out.
Haha.. thanks Cessa...
well i draw during procrastination so haha...
ill start good drawings during the next holidays :P
