I used to watch lots of hentai but just a couple where really interesting and well animated. Unfortunately hentai tends to be crap nowadays, but still there are a couple jewels out there, say KITE, Mezzo Forte and the first and second Urotsukidoji. Those are state of the art, no matter if there is rape, tentacles and murder. This is anime guys! not the real thing! You know the difference or should I explain it to you? I rather watch hentai all day long than watching on TV how the civilians from a middle east country are bombed again and again "for freedom".

I think is funny to see the trials and tribulations, because hentai isn't just sex , sex and more sex. Wew have comedy, drama, romance, sometimes a little disgusting, but if you like it, fine, if you don't, is fine too.

And people who watch porn doesn't? At least Hentai bothers to insert some sort of storyline (However predictable some can get) to attempt to keep the viewer's interest. Most porn I have seen don't. And what's wrong with tentacles and monsters? I think there's some sort of symbolism there with the male antagonists almost always being monsters with exaggerated *ahem* Schlongs *ahem*. And to those people who have watched and say Hentai are funny, stop pretending and just admit you get turned on anyway.
I have yet to encounter one that specifically depicts underaged girls. Their age might be suspect based on their faces, yes, but no girl that young would have hooters like in your typical Hentai flick.

Wait a minute... this is pointless.
I agree with owa1985, how can you say that when there are a while world in adult entretainment, plus the low control of some parents (up than 50 % in America). I'll give you an example. Here in Latin Amercia is hard to see series like Elfen Lied, DearS, Kannaduki no Miko, Girls Bravo (got it the point right), because they thing is a problem of "morality". But if we talk about adult entretaimente, thats a different tale. Who can tell you if a kid would see a diference between hentai and pornography, if the message are the same? Is disgusting when you hear comments like "some anime series are bad, to many bad influence for the kids... nude, perverted things", but nobody says "The pornography is bad for kids..."
This is a huge problem, don't you thing so?

I prefer romance comics like ichigo100% and shuffle! instead of hentai... so pure hentai with no romance is trash, romance with some nudity is ok as long as they don't overdo the water-fireworks which the good roamce ones don't do

Shuffle was a good example! Bisides, a hentai without a good story, is nosense. Just yesterday I saw a cute love history in a two shot hentai episodes. That are the good ones.
WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT some hentais have a realy good story and grafic so what if there are NAKED girls (true I dont like(hate bondage or tentacle) but there are titls that are funny or romantic (to a certain point that is ;) I myself can say that I like Hentai comedis too bad there is'n to much of them :(. try reading Urushihara Satoshi's mangas or see his animes It's usualy a hentai but look at the grafic and style or at the serious motives of his stories
