It also explains there how you can submit wallpapers, what to do, etc. What I recommend? Why not post up your wallpaper first in Session Zero? Yeah... definitely click on the AP guide.. not much reading.. and extremely helpful! =)
And oh yeah, you need to accumulate enough papers because there is a 100 paper deduction I think... for every rejected wallpaper...

i hope you have a fun and enjoyable time here... i know we all do... you can make wallpaper if you like and upload them here... check the ground zero room for recommendations and advice from veteran wallpaper makers...
for information about the rules and regulations check the AP guild which is located on the upper right side of the site... checking the AP guild will also give you knowledge about the system being use here... if you have any questions i would answer your question in the best way that i can... so thats about it well enjoy the site and have fun... peace out...

Since you are new, please read the AP Guide. The information it contains will help you a lot around the site. Just click on the picture (Of Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion) on the right with the words AP Guide on it. Alternatively you can also click on FAQs. It will take you to the same place.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me anytime. I will try my best to help in any way I am able to.
If you like creating wallpapers, and want to share them with the members of this awesome site, make sure they meet the requirements BEFORE uploading them. The requirements are found in the AP Guide, under the Wallpapers section. If your wallpaper does not meet the requirements, it will be rejected and you will lose 100papers for each one you tried to submit.
If you have already read the AP Guide, but you are still not sure if your wallpaper meets the requirements, then you can ask around on the Session Zero board. The people there will not only tell you if it meets the requirements, they will also gladly provide you with suggestions and advice on how to improve it! ^_^
To upload a wallpaper, go to the user tab, and click on upload. Then simply select the first option which is wallpapers. Choose your category and upload away^_^
