Nice extracion! very nice. two things tho. put some effect on the font, now it's just plain and can't insert in the wall.
the BG's color doesn't match with kakashi... the patttern is nice but try different color. good luck!

The scan appears to need cleaning - there are a lot of jpeg artifacts on it. Search for some cleaning tuts on the web.
The bg is ok, but for me it's a little uniform - try messing about with the levels to get something more dynamic and interesting. Also try applying some tonal differences using brushing over the top. I'd also suggest changing the colour of the bg, since the bright blue is rather different to the colour palette of kakashi.
The text could certainly do with being a little more interesting. Try using blending modes and a handful of simple effects (don't go nuts). Text isn't really my bag though, so I dunno about that.

You've already got some good advice for the artistic aspects of the wall, and you've got a really good start so far. One thing that I'll add though is that 1100x850 isn't an acceptable resolution. That's pretty close to 1152x864 though, which is an acceptable size, so it shouldn't be too hard to change that. Other acceptable resolutions can be found here Good luck!

Theres not really any differcne there mikeekimi, you only jst changed the color of it an added a bar. :) What would be fine, is if you just made the bg black ((which is done often but the walls that do that do get accepted)) and focus more on your scan. Kakashi needs to be even more sharper than he is now, maybe add shading and shadows to convey that mood. :)

The truth that is very good both... but to not convinces the effect me and the colors of the bottom... are very sicodélicos.. but the idea is that to vos it pleases you not to the others. what if like advice it could say to you that you put to the name an effect to him of shade like so that of depth with the bottom. in any case he is an advice as I already said if to vos you like since you did déjalo thus...
