First you need to sign your work.
I don't know if it's photobucket or your wall size but normally the minimum requierment size is 1024x768 pixels... You will need to change that if it's not the case for your wall.
Note : You should use imageshack.us to host your images cause photobucket resize everything on 800x600...
I would say that the font is pretty plain and not really easy to read...
But let's wait till the upload on a other hosting site! ;)

The resolution I would upload is 1280 x 1024, though I made 1024 x 768 version as well. I'll re-upload and spice the font up a tad.

Yup I agree with swordfish, teh girl is your main elelment in your wall so make her look like it, if not add mre thig to your background because now it looks so plain, also made some effects to the font os simply change teh colour, colours can meka the whole difference, good luck.
There seems to be a strip of blurry across the middle - the grass & her arms & hands. But the grass in the very front/bottom is very crisp. It looks odd, I'd loose the blur as she's fairly non-cartoony as is the sky & front grass.
There's a faint gray outline visible around her hair and parts of her dress that make it look like a cutout. I'd clean that up a bit as it seems extraction is a very important part of walling here, and also, on the right side of the wall, it looks like the grass is poking through her dress; just looks kind of awkward. Otherwise it's a great-looking wall!
Editted. The comparison is rather stark. o_o; Outline fixed, grass cut, and redone to minimize blurs, color intensified on the hanbok girl, also added a few highlights. The text is brighter, as well as glowing orange with blue undertones.

Much better but I really don't think the motion effect of the text is necessary. And I actually found it too attention grabbing & kind of dizzy. Also, the top of her head is now a little sharp & sticks out from the background. Maybe soften that just a bit.
