This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

So basically what aki said, only more specific.

U can edit it and add the new size

°akiranyo 22 minutes ago
Ah, I see. So after approving is possible to change to even a not listed resolution.

^hatesyou 28 minutes ago
The first was a 4:3 wallpaper. The low res widescreen version has been added later.

°akiranyo 30 minutes ago
Kath: That means that the first was 1440x900?

^hatesyou 33 minutes ago
The 1280x800 version has been uploaded by the user as a first revision. Might pay to get your facts straight before complaining.

°akiranyo 35 minutes ago
We should go up with resolutions not down. Btw AP resizes 1440x900 automatic to 1280x800.

Oh, fellow widescreen users eh

~thebigfatwhale 37 minutes ago
Im glad, because 1280x800 fits my laptop screen :3

°akiranyo 46 minutes ago
Hmmm, AP makes such a big fuss about resolutions, but I see again a 1280x800 being accepted. Not even listed.

It looks good, but you basically used all sorts of vector brushes and dotted them on the wallpaper

but ignoring how you went about doing this, i think its looks good, not sure what your bro is on about, no eye for design?

...Random Brushes...
I recommend you stay on vector brushes...(that means remove the bug thingies)
I also don't like the "consumer" words all around the wall.. I suggest changing to a brush that doesn't have any words/letters..

Shana vector is a bit un-detailed (I'm pointing at her body).. why not show more detail there.. and also her skirt kinda looks messed up there..

Hope that helps even for a little bit

I like this one a lot but only thing is you kinda loose the body of the girl which kinda makes her look like she's just got a head an arm with some legs lol but other than that those random things look cool ^^

I think you should change the shade of her skirt and shirt because they look kinda weird cause theyre the same colour. Also like said above lose the bugs and consumer.

Right, I'll be editing after that. Thanks for the help.
Other than removing the bugs and the 'consumer' thingy, any other suggestions?

Edit: Another thing, anyone have a good title for this? Cus I still dunno what to call it.

The vector of shana could use lots of more details, I wouldn't have noticed her if it wasn't because of your title. (I would even dare to say you could add colors to her, at least on her hair since it's all firey and all)
I agree on removing the bugs, but you should replace them with other vector brush (basically you should remove them because their style is too different, the layout is ok)
My suggestion is a custom melon-bread vector brush =3

As for a title, you have consumer written all over it, so what's wrong with that title? And remember to add you name at the bottom.

Good luck, hope this turns out great =3

Here's what I've done.

Good or bad? Suggestions? Is it okay to post it in the gallery then?

Edit: Again, any other good title for this?

OMG this reminds me a little of Shindlers List.

I really like the revisions you have done. You took out the bugs and the consumers and it looks a lot better. The addition of red is nice it brings out the body better. I like both but the second one is a lot cleaner. Sorry dont really know a good title.

Keep up the good work

What do you think of the title? Does it fit the wall?

Your shana vector looks a little choppy in places, like this part on her shoe and her right hand fingers. and i think it'd look better if her hair ended in sharp points rather than the duller rounded tips you've got right now. your brushes of choice look more detailed than shana to me(^^; because she's larger) but since i know i lean in favor of detailed vectors, i won't tell you to change that. because my opinion would be quite biased.

ah, arrows and circles are so typical of design walls. because they look nice. i'm fine with the circles but as for the arrows, consider having some of different widths/sizes. the shade variation is good, but i'd like to see some size variation in that forest of arrows. (another thing though: i don't quite like the gray duplicate of that black shape above the text...is the duplicate necessary?)

finally, the text. the words themselves are fine. as to the style, i'm unsure because i don't mind it. and yet if compared to just how clean cut and bold the rest of your wall is, it's a tiny bit off. and here's a thought: the rest of your wall is at an angle so why have horizontal text? think about how you can better incorporate you text to fit the flow of your wallpaper.

this looks quite nice. good luck with it. :D

The white slashes across the arrows in the back are overkill. Take the white out and stick with the arrows themselves. And there is an awkward twist in a piece of her hair, on the left, second from the top. It looks flat, maybe some rearranging of anchor points is in order.

Aside from that, good job. This simplified vector style has its good points.
