Back in high school I wrote a story, ended up being a nice college project, to revamp and improve. Anyways in this story (a sci-fi) I tried to come up with origonal names for each character. Khal Reblic was the main character of all my stories and was always written to reflect my own personality. Oh boy...well, i used to have like 5o aim screen names. made a new one every week.well, i had gotten the alien ant farm cd for christmas like...4 years ago or something, and theres the song on it called Calico.well, i loved (and still do) that song, so i wanted to make a screen name of it. "calicodreams" was taken, so i switched the c to a k and the s to a z, and came up with kalicodreamz. kalico for short, and i prefer kalico too.so there ya go.and i've been kalico ever since lol

Ah funny you should ask. I have a very interesting story. It all started about 10 years ago when I was having dinner with a lovely young camel in china. We were discussing the effects of planetary alignments on eggplants when I was asked if I'd like a cigarette. I said no, I think I'll just choose eidolon. And things were never the same afterwards.
"Orchid Malevolence" is the name of the cursed sword in Otogi that draws out the user's life force to create an orchid colored blade of flame. I had this nick name back in highschool days, like 10 years ago, they used to call me alien coz i was always acts weird and sort...then this one girl in my class called me "kuman" which in our native language means germ... and they used it ever since... i think it grews on me and i used it eversince...kuman

Well a long time ago I went to one of those translation sites that gives you a Japanese name based on your American name and it popped out 'Riku' for me (which is probably wrong, but I like it ^^). And at the time I was all up on Tenchu 1 and 2 so I slapped a 'maru' at the end of it to make it more ninja tastic <!--emo&:D--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Mine is a corruption of something in a book by my favourite author. It's a guy called Robert Rankin, and the "train of trismegistus" is featured in one of the cornelius murphy books. Trismegiustus is actually the Greek name for the Egyptian God Thoth, so I didn't want to use that directly, so I switched a you in to change the feel, phoneticaly.And Bob's your father's brother's mother's uncle's monkey, as they say.

There is this rapper named Esoteric already so I decided to make my name Eso instead.Too bad there are at least 2 other people in the world with the same name as mine and one of them is actually selling records over in Australia, I believe.Doesn't matter though. I know I'm the best Eso there is.
Actually mine is goggles_aniki though for some reason when i registered here, I decided to use verbal (the rapper from m-flo). Oh wellz. I can't be bothered changin' in it now.Back on track, my friend called me goggles because of the fact I wear glasses. Later on, I just tagged aniki after it since I'm an aniki myself.

If anyone has seen "Record of Lodoss War TV", then they'll know where mine comes from. At the end of the episodes, they always have a quick "welcome to lodoss island" clip, of the characters in chibi form. Anyway, in one of them, it has the crew shouting out, "POW POW, PARN!" in unison... hilarious...

My nickname is RedSoviet41 becuase I''m obsessed with Russia, the Soviet Union, Communism, Stalin, Lenin, and Marx.The 41 is tacked on because the Siege of Leningrad happened in 1941, and it is one of the best examples of Soviet strength and willpower.Note: Everywhere else my nick is Hanami, which is something random I made up for Diablo II, and it stuck. I later found out it's also a Japanese festival traditiony thing that has to do with cherry trees. Random Coincidene. How I
