I would hide it somewhere in my room so nobody else would find. In case the world turns upside down because of a particular person, I would kill them.
Hmmm. Tough question. Honestly I think I might be just like Light killing off criminals. Is this wrong? Is this false justice? Does the person I'm going to kill have a family? If so, will they be sad? What were their reasons for committing the crime? Those are some of the many questions I must ask myself before I grab a pen.

If I found one I'd probably just throw it away thinking it was junk or some kind of joke. If, for whatever reason, I thought it was real...I would burn the book. Too much power, too much responsibility, and frankly, too scary.

I would keep it...and i would only write on it if the criminal was some kind of osama bin laden...i wouldn't waste my time with "world peace" 'cause that's impossible...

I will be completely honest as well -- I would use the Death Note for selfish reasons and kill everyone that I hate. It's a little hard to admit, but that's what I would do.

If it was a deathnote book then maybe I won't use it. People have a conscience for some reason you know. If you have the intention to try to kill some one whether its a criminal or someone you then you're just the same as a criminal. Generally speaking, people already have the power to kill whether its a notebook or a gun, they just don't have the right to. No one has the right to take someone elses life. That's what I think! Hehe! I sound like a priest! hahah!

I don't think this threat is such a good idea... I mean its only a matter of time before some one says something like "I woud kill Bu$$" just for fun and the next think you know the FBI is taking over because all of a sudden were a group of terrorist and have been molesting minors on mysapce or something like that.
