Isn´t one of the beast anime ever made; a good story, good soundtrack, all in few chapters.

It's an anime, and it's very good. One of my favorites. I really love the title song and the story is really cool. The first episode was so strikeingly disturbing.

I think it's a very good anime, IMO. Wouldn't say it's the "beast" anime ever made, nor the best. But it's worth a good look. I agree with Ironlynx, the first episode was unexpected and thrilling to say the least.
I'd advise Rasec9999 to watch other much better animes such as Juuni Kokki.
I don't see why it would get locked, moved perhaps.

They should have done more before it's escape and more inside stories ...

I've never read the manga so i have no opinion on it, but I would have to say the anime was a very well written...Love the opening theme, especially since I'm a fan of opera and classical...and I liked the fact that they try to censor anything i.e. the tragedies that the charcters went through, but because of the violence and nudity i wouldnt let my sisters watch it.
I thought I was a great anime, although it was a bit on the ecchi side.. I LIKE MY BLOOD ^_^

I think elfen lied was very good but i throught the end was quite confusing since i still dont know wether lucy's alive or dead?. and i think when i found out the reason behind her killing all those people i throught she was still evil since that reason wasent good enough in my opinion.

I didn't like Elfen Lied, the first chapter was so good, it looks like the story would be a very impressive one, but I think it is too simple at the last!, some chapters were so boring, and the story losses the principal idea!! It is a good anime, but It is not the best anime ever made, it is so far of it, I thought!!

It's wonderful but dammit I'm three episodes from the end of the series and it's so delicously sexual and bloody that I can't wait to see the last bit...I love it when blood is beautifully drawn, it's so lovley when it's done right.

I think it's good anime somehow I don't get the ending because I don't know that Lucy is alive or she's dead?

WOW someone else who knows what I'm talking about when I say Juuni Kokki. Even the other anime freaks I know have no idea what that is. I'm happy now ^_^

One of my favourite animes although it's too short, if they had made it longer (26 episodes), it would have been a big success: great soundtrack, great tragic atmosphere, great main character, great psychology exploration...Go Lucy, go!!
