I guess you should just read about the FAQs and you can join the IRC channel, probably explained somewhere how to talk instant with people. And you can spam the ShoutBox just to get more attention like this thread you just made ;)

Konichi Wa Kuma-chan^^. Great to hear someone from Japan as I'm fond of Japan. Planning to go on vacation there in the future.
