Bad days
What are some suggestion for relieving stress that ya'll try. Also what do you do to deal when your emotions are running high (angry, sad, depressed, etc...)?
Put everything away - just sit down and watch anime or listen to music. That will help my mind think of nothing
When i´m stressed in any way, i don´t talk a word and play alone with consoles or use my comruter and play call of duty

1st id punch the wall as hard as i cud a cupl times. then id breathe and say "guuuuuuuuuuzzzzfraba" ( anger managent, great movie lol) and then id sit down at my comp and talk w/ people and watch anime 2 make me feel better. if i wasnt at home, id probably try and not get in2 a fight.

Whenever I feel depressed or have a bad day, I turn on the music as loud as my ears can handle and just listen. Sometimes, the lyrics mean something and somehow, the songs that I play always seem to calm me down. And then if I feel better, I start to air drum and feel all embarassed in the end... heh.
I also sleep, shoot some hoops or just walk for a good half hour. I hate stress...

Try to clear my head. i wouldnt want to be around anyone or anything to distract me and make me snap at them, since it would make my stress level worse. so i would probably just sit on my bed, listen to some music, or watch some tv. anything to keep my attention occupied away from whatever stressed me out in the first place.
One thing I should not do when I have stress - being bother by other people or near anybody because I will express my anger faster
Being alone when I have stress make me feel better. However, I avoid stand near what I like for exampe: Anime figures or stuffs that I collect because if I can't calm down or go crazy I might destroy them.

When i'm stressed or angry, i always like to take a nice long walk in my neighborhood.
it's really calming and when i get back i feel better.

Sumtimes, i watch anime or read manga, which i guess is sorta like an escape from everything.>_< it's either that, or work out, or eat...lol
When im stressed, i usually just go to sleep, it helps me forget things~
It really depends on how bad it is. Sometimes when its really THAT bad I just break down and cry and after that I feel all better. I'm such a cry-er so don't mind me. But to forget about bad days I usually just keep myself busy doing something that I like to do like eating ice cream while watching your favorite anime. Talking to a friend over the phone or in person too. Just call your best friend and invite them for a talk over your favorite cup of coffee. On lazy days I just forget about bad days by simply sleeping.
I go outside and practise my martial arts, then id lay into the punching bag for a while
MUSIC. I listen to music and I sing in my room like there's no tomorrow
