PC or Console?
I prefer consoles over PC because the consoles themselves have a set standard on the hardware used to play each game. some of the PC games system requirements are so high it's almost like buying a brand new PC. not everyone is computer literate so they can almost never be 100% sure if their PC can play it.
Wow, that was just about what I was going to say...lol...But i would have to say all the same as he did...And on top of that it seems that Console games are way easyer to play as well...darkabyssI prefer console gaming myself compared to PC because there is a concrete story that actually ends in the big rpgs not like the mmorpgs where the story line can go on forever and you just keep paying. Console gaming is also alot cheaper and you only have to buy a console once every 6-7 years where as pc you have to upgrade every 2 years if you want to play the newest games at the best graphics quality. You never have to worry about system requirements or other windows problems.

Consoles!
The console objective IS gaming.
On the PC you can get lots of errors.. and it consumes HD, time (for the install) and if you don't have a nice PC, the game will get slow :<
ALL console games are normal >.>

I prefer consoles just because everyone has the one requirement... the system and also I don't feel comfortable about buying a new computer every single time a updated version of game comes out! (the requirements are so high)
Well, I can like or dislike both platform based on the game.
If I want to play action or (japanese) RPG, I like to play it on console.
But if I want to play adventure, FPS, RTS, or (american) RPG I only like it when I play it on PC.
For example, I love to play Silent Hill series on console, but their port on PC is sluggish and not enjoyable to play (i haven't finish any Silent Hill games on PC x_x), maybe because I have experience playing it on console...

Hmmm i used PC for playing Strategy games because of the keyboard+mouse, it makes it much easier. While console (in my case PS2) for playing RPGs. For now i'm leaning towards PS2 but probably it will change soon >_< no more good RPGs coming out anytime soon.
Im strictly a console person as I have owned every Sony console as well as a few choice Sega and Nintendo products. I never really play PC games, apart from when Im with mates who have great rigs
PC gaming for sure. Computers/technology changes so quickly so the chances are that if such a game wasn't available on the pc then in a few months it will because of mad increases in pc technology. Example: when the ps3 came out it packs a 3.4ghz procressor but the computer systems have dual core. Computers will and have take the cake and that's a huge influence on me. Plus most games, as stated above, are either patchable, get expansion packs, or fixes released for them so it's as if the game could be released 10 years ago but it's just as popular today as it was then.
You can find more games on the console and if you don't have a computer that can take games. PC games take up a lot of RAM that some people can't afford, so I think consoles are best. But PC exclusive games don't go into the equation, because they are, well, "exclusive" to PC.
I prefer the PC over any game console even though I do love my PS2. I have so many different game consoles and I don't even play any of them anymore. I don't mind taking around an hour to install games so that doesn't bother me at all. I think PC games are so much funner anyways. Especially since you can communicate with other people online. ^^
I prefer console over PC. PC games require your specs to be up to date. It would cost about $500+ to upgrade your PC specs. But that will only last for about 2 years till you require the next upgrade. For console, it cost $500+ but it will last for the next 4-6 years. Plus PC doesn't have a lot of JRPG and Fighters

I prefer concole because I often play my PS2 than PC game... I played a lot of PS2 game and just played several tycoon game and the sims for PC...
I say console. Computers evolve way too fast and even if you buy the super latest mega pc, 5 months later it would be almost junk. Besides I had this problem that I wanted to play an old game, and I had to install (and search over the internet for dayyyys!) like 5 patches to make it work (and it didn't even work perfectly).
Computers always have those compatibility and requirements issues.
The only thing you need to play a console game is that console. Not a driver, not a videocard, not memory, not a patch. Just a console. Because consoles are made for games, not computers...
That's what I can say from my humble experience ^^
...and with PC you can't play Kingdom Hearts
