If you post a link to FULL size versions, instead of thumbnails it would be better to jugde...

Choose imageshack because it's most preferred.
i think you should put the middle of the ripple where her foot is
also, i don't really like the words there at her feet

There I've made them clickable thumbnails so that you can see them in full size. After you've seen them can you comment on them thank you ^^

But from what I can see this looks good enough, but then again I have had wall that as rejected three ties in a row, even aftr having stuck it on session zro and seemingly having fixed all of it..so yha full size ;-)

Your images are still not full size. One is 512x384 and the other is 320x240 - those are too small, the minimum size is 1024x768. Could it be that photobucket has shrunk your images because they were too big? See here for more information on hosting and posting your pictures.
Still, from what I can see, the second one is a scan without any additional work done on it, taken from minitokyo here: http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/158184/ That just doesn't cut it as a wallpaper.
What you submit here has to be your own work. Also, please make sure you read and understand the requirements laid out in the wallpaper guide before submitting anything.
