Well, it's always better to post your wall here before you submit it...^^°
however, the background needs more work, it´s a little too plain...(maybe use a stock photo of some sort?)
and the text has a nice font, but it´s too big for my liking...
much more bothersome, is that the chara is way too blurry, the outer glow around it ist too present and also the whole thing seems to be pixelated, maybe due to some effect you used, but it looks more like the image you took the character from was of pretty poor quality

Hmm, I agree with LavaBug. I would try to get a better background and also resize the image a bit so it doesn't overpower the entire wallpaper.
