This is the wallpaper i made...please give comments on it.... I would like to pass it on ap, but i want to hear your comments first...I want to improve it more....
Sugar seems kinda lost where she is...maybe you should move her somewhere else (personally would move her in the middle or to the right) and add some elements

Well if you don't wanna move the image, just make a element who produce the effect of movement in the girl, like some wind, or even a little glow in her, and also the quality of the image is a little poor, so make somehting with that .. but i think the background is just perfect, and the image is very cute, so you only have to fix a little things in the image, tha's all... ^^

I personally really like simple, bold wallpapers like this. She is standing out from the background well. I think she may look a little less "lost" if you even do something as simple as adding an abstract line behind her somewhere. Then it will ground her, and give an impression of a bit of depth.

But the wall is still a bit plain... Why don't you try to add some writing?
About the character, the wings look a bit blurry... And in deed you should use some sparkles brushes or something to give a little extra touch to the magic of the character. You also need to fix her shoes and her hat.
You should try to add curls in the background around her... Just to see how it goes.
In the background I don't like this vertical line on the right side... It's kinda strange looking compare to the rest of the wall.

Wow, i tried like so many times to work with that image, and it's so hard to come up with the right background to go with it. lik it's liek should you make it a small size or a biger size, and where you should place it. in the end, i quit. but like looking at the picture again, and the positioning that you gave the picture, i think that you should have liek a pic back ground. and like the pink ground should have like a cloudy feeling. and liek you should put flower pedels, red i think would be the best.
