TV has ruined my imagination, there's no way I could read a book properly now. When I was a kid I used to read alot, but now... If it doesn't have sound and if it doesn't move, it's not worth it. Some manga's are ok if they're not too hectic, but if they are I just stop reading after two or three pages. damn you technology, you ruined me.
I usually read fantasy, sci-fi, and humour I suppose. I just finished the Halo series (amazing), and finishing off World War Z (second book from the guy who wrote 'Zombie Survival Guide').
Really good books. It takes me an hour to get to work, so I get a lot of reading done.

I like reading short stories and classic literature. :)
It's never too late to try. If you don't try again, you may regret it.

I read every good books I can found from every genre. Manga, history, Chicken Soup, everything.
As long as it has nice stories, I'll read most of them.
But I don't like love novel. I like teenlit, but not love novel which grown up people usually read.

I read mystery books (espacially if these mysteries are Japanese storytellers) and love/romance novels. If I'm not reading novels, I'm just reading manga or skim a newspaper.
Vampire Chronicles rules! But only the two first books, the rest dropped the saga's level...I like horror, mystery, paranormal, fantasy and books that take place in ancient ages (Egypt, Greece, Rome, Middle Ages...)
I'd read any book, manga, contemporary or otherwise, if i start reading it.
Specially like suspense and books with a plot that leaves you thinking after you read it. Mind twisters, killers in disguise that kind of thing.

I like books written by Roald Dahl. Dan Brown's books is also awesome.
I like reading all kinds of books, mostly out of the teen section, I guess.
There is this one book I have been so obsessed with lately! It's called "Twilight" [by Stephenie Meyer]. It's about this clutzy girl named Bella, that moves into a rainy, gloomy town to live with her father for a couple of years. When she encounters a strange, perfect, and gorgeous guy in her boilogy class at school. His name is Edward Cullen, and he's one of the most gorgeous guys at her high school.
And then the two begin to grow a liking to eachother, she finds out that he's not any normal human. He's a vampire. SO! If you like forbidden romance, major suspense and a twist of fantasy, This book is definatly for you!! I have read it like 3 times already, and I never get bored! Even though it's like a 500 page read, it's totally worth it! Not to mention, every person I let borrow that book becomes so obsessed, especially with Edward, lol. So then read it! You'll love it! Horray for sexy vampires! [yes, if you read it, there is a sequel! New Moon is the second book, and then Eclipse is the third, which comes out October 2007]
READ IT!
Oh and here are my Top 3 fav books, in no givin order, cuz they all rock:
Twilight
New Moon [both by Stephenie Meyer]
Kira Kira [by Cynthia Kadohata]

Hmm, it depends. I always like romance and great mystery/horror books which can give you a shiver :P but my taste is very unpredictable, I really cant say which genre I like the most but one of the most favorite books in my library is this one>> Master and Margarita by Michael Bolgakov. One great master piece indeed. Read it if you find a free time, it worth it.:-)
I read all kinds of books, whatever I get my hands on. I don't read romantic novels like you know what I talking about, but I read classics, fantasy, all kinds of fiction, teen books,......
Read some manga, been reading buso renkin, NGE Angelic Days, Scrapped Princess recently. Apart from that like Terry Pratchett novels and technical programming books.
I used to read more books...now i watch so many animes that i almost don't read anymore(i almost only read mangas). My favourite books are harry potter XD
