Private School, since for already 3 year
Well, in the beginning, when i was little, it was my parents who selected the school for me. But now i am in a school that i want to be in. I had to work hard for it though. And i am in a private school.

I went to a normal school that was choosen by my parents. My first school was choosen because it was near to where we live and my high school was the same one my dad used to teach in.
I choose my school, I can't imagine that others can choose this for me...
I go to a small local private school, and it's the result of my father's decision and my decision. It's kinda nice really... the high school has a total of about 30 students, and the class of 2007 (my class! :D) has only 5 students including myself. It's nice since everybody knows each other, and nobody is "just a number". Everyone gets the attention from the teachers that they need, and there's really nothing foul going on at any given point in time, which from what I can gather is much different from your average super-sized public high school.
I live in Mexico, and I went since beginning to public school... the school for basic education was selected by my parents, and the university and profession was selected by me..

wait... 30 students? a class of 5 students? o_O

there are 24 students in my class, but everybody know each other... we don't considerate ourselves as number. (but I don't know how is it in your country)
I choose my school by myself, what department I want to enter,
which university I register for next year, but of course, fits it with my budgets.

Yep, it's a private school. As for the "just a number" thing, I was talking about the really large public high schools - the ones with 1,000+ students.
And my country? I live in West Virginia in the US.
Choose for my own schools, and well I am not sure if we have private ones where I live. But well I was happy in my schools. Lol.
But we had classes in highschools with 24 to more classmates, most of which don't know what and how of eachother, I didn't mind it that muchly.
But well our school systems are very different from the US that is what I know..

mmmh that's real that my school is not that big (about 700 students), so maybe that's real that in the more big schools, students are considerates as number...
but I really wonder how a school with only 30 students can live... especially if there is only 5 students per class! how much teachers there is on your school?
I chose my own too. . . .
I've chosen my own since middle school. I currently study in a public university.
I admit it that my parents sort of influenced me when I chose the school(high-school) where I wanted to enter, but the choice was mine in the first place and I also felt that it was a good choice. As for the University where I am we decided together!
