WALLPAPER
First a wallpaper like this one even if it is well made and well arranged indicates signs of low effort.
It is a cut and paste of many screen shots into one jumbled wallpaper, I strongly suggest against that, it only makes it blurry, congested and disturbing for the eyes as too many things are happening at the same time.
Try to focus on one piece of render or scan, for better clarity so that it makes top notch.
The opcaity although is useful for tweaks on the walls, is not recommended, it is not very useful for wallpapers unless you are doing photo manipulation or text graphics design. Try more fundamental styles, shapes and so on.
Text should be limited and the text just doesn't match. www.dafont.com get some more fonts and play around a little to get the right feeling.

Mmm the blending of a thousand pics.. Thats a no no... And youre missing a siggy.. I suggest you focus on one good scan... Maybe click around AP for inspiration...
If you are new to walling, I'd suggest not to go for high-difficulty 3D CG scans like Final Fantasy. Pick up the basic skills of walling 2D characters first before attempting something harder (i.e. 3D CG pics).
Never make a wallpaper just because you like the series/title/character(s). Choose scans and make wallpapers based on your own level of skill and experience.

There's too much going on and it lacks a real focus point, but I think Dias has really hit the nail on the head.
Try reading round in some tutorials, experimenting with some techniques, find some stuff that works for you and then have a crack at walling a nice, high quality, high-res regualr anime scan that you can just extract and run with.
It takes time before you will hit your stride with walling and you shouldn't expect your first couple to be anything other than pure learning experiences :). Generally you need to learn the application a bit before you can use it properly :).

At least this collage is of similar images, unlike most we see here. But yeah, a single character image blended into a background of sorts will be much nicer on the eyes than this.
