Which anime really hooked you?
Which anime did you really get addicted to? You know, never getting bored of it, buying every single merchandise. That sorta thing.
Mine was Eva and gundam and maybe macross.
You wont believe how much i spent on anime trading cards and models of eva and gundam every time i had a vacation in hong kong. Im still trying to complete my gundam war TCG collection. For some reason i dont like the US version.

Yeah, Eva was a kicker for me that started it all. What pushed over the line from like to full-fledge otkau-fan would be Love Hina. It seems I'm a sucker for those romance/shonen series.

Bleach and of course Berserk which in this case i even get the game for ps2 althought it was in japanese`and i didin't got a clue from the dialogues.
The first anime I ever saw was Neon Genesis Evangelion, and I thought it was cool so I guess that would have to be it. ^^
Before I realized it was anime, Voltron and Speed Racer..... Mostly Voltron since it was the first uncut piece of work I watched outside of American television. How's that for old school? ^_-

Gundam wing, seed, seed destiny. I have so many gundam models I dont even kno where to put them. I need a bigger shelf =P But I recently got some Tenjo Tenge Models. So detailed, so pretty ^^

Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star were the first ones to get me hooked. Very good stories and not senceless violence. I liked the violence with a purpose :p After that i started to watch fansubs and got hooked on them after i watched .hack/sign and RahXephon.
