I really need help on the wallpaper, but I just can't figure out what to do with the whole thing... I think the dress and the skin tone is a too light compared to the background. Then I'm not sure WHAT I'm going to change it into...
I think it's wonderful for a first try, but Rukia looks too blurry and to be honest, the colours of the background dosen't suit her..... The background is creative though, ( Maybe you could use this background for another wallpaper and change the background to cheerful with bright colours type? ) . Did you get the pic of Rukia from the scans ? Rukia seems too big in the picture, maybe you could minimize her size a little more. Overall, it's great for a start ^_^

and let me see...i really love the background!! now that's one good thing you did!

1. I think that Rukia is a little blurry. I suggest you clean the scan. And the vector seems a little bad too.
2. The background seems to be dark. And it doesn't look really colorful. (((The lights))) Add some colors.
3. The background looks blurry to me. Try to fix that too a little.

Looks like you used free transform to enlarge/resize the image? that isnt really a good idea because it blurs the pixels...unless it was on purpose

>.< As soon as I posted it, I realized that the link was horrible and that I had to change a whole lot of things... Yes, she defintely is too big and too burry. I think that happened when I was getting all worried that her skin and dress colors etc don't match with the background... I'm going to try a stars background...If that doesn't work then I'll do something else. I didn't realize it was THAT obvious that the background was pieced together by three photos... I MUST TRY! >=0
Try using a cleaner looking backround that doesn't distract from the scan. I would also recomend vectoring over the scan if you can, especially since it's not that intricate. Then you can do even more to change it around to exactly how you want it to look.
That scan... I saw that one! Yeah it is too blurry. That or the hoster is bad. Rukia is close. The dress colors don't match the background, but its better than anything I can do! I love it though for a first start. The background is beautiful! I love the lights. Almost like she's in the city with a city life. She gives me a vision of her walking down a side kick, her boots clicking with a purse... Pretty good!
