Hmmm well my reason is kinda messed up, il post it afther yours :/...
Well, I first stumbled across AnimePaper while doing image searches. This place has a huge gallery to go through, so I decided to bookmark it.
Weeeeell, I also stumbled accross Animepaper, and it had some tremendous beautiful Wallpaper and scans,... well at the beginning, I had to deal with the fact that you had "to do something" in order to get those marvelous hot (sexy) scans, which meant getting papers to "pay for the scan-items, hehe,...
Animepaper became my favorite Japanimation-wallpaper website ever since. I love and enjoy discussing things over there and getting "hot" Scans as a reward... I am doin it the honest way...
BTW....Don't know whether the thread gets closed, though, hehe....

I joined Anime Paper, cause it´s the one of da best Anime Communities on the Net, it possesses a HUGE Anime Gallery filled by Excellent and talented Artists, it´s members are very cool and friendly, and more,more,more...

Its the only, and great, anime wallpaper website that isnt blocked by my school laptop, so I set it as my hompage, I love it.
Cause' Renton's just that awesome.
The only thing negative about the site is,... for some reason I cannot remember and memorize the usernames of most users very good as I do in other forums, maybe because first of all the amount of users was less than here, and secondly... I have closer friends and fellows among Anime-and Tekken-fans who I already met so foten, so that I can remember all their nicks and their real names...
But Hey,... Animepaper is a very good community with gorgeous Wallpapers and Scans,... One Piece was my latest collection, hehe ^-^-^-^

I came here to seek out a new type of forum that i might be interested in, and it so happens that AP has specializes in wallpaper also

Hmmmm well at long last heres my messed up reason xD
Marinko-san wanted me to make a acount couse hes in the minus with his papers and he wanted some scan from the gallery to make a wallpaper on so i thought ah wth why not >.> i mean he gets me wallpapers trough his acount from here anyway... so now il just do it myself ^^ and make shure tha lil monster can get his scans trough me xD

While doing an image search, i found this place, and i was like, gasp!
so i joined basically for the pictures, i'm a picture fanatic.

Image search on google xP so i see i'm not alone in stumbling across this treasure troove all by accident huh? my life would be so totally different if i had never found AP. it's a really wonderful site, friendly, and with lots of interesting stuff. my main focus here has always been wallpapers...and i've started to be active in forums lately and wall myself. though i've never spent papers on the marvelous scans here yet, but i'm bound to run out of material to work with some day. ^^

Lol every one here has similar stories pretty much like the same one as mine. I too was on google images looking up anime and fell up upon this site. The 1st couple days i really had no idea how big of a site this was and being involved in the AP boards so much fun.

Uh..the first time i joined was "download all the wallpaper are here and scans (of those series i follow)"
but well thanks for the paper system (damn it) i wasn't allowed XD...i end up downloading 2 walls since i don't want to waste papers XD that was the first one...don't remenber what wallpaper-series i was trying to search the first day i joined XD)
guess if you have a creative mind you'll end up doing walls (if you have that kind of patience) or something else (i'm still doing my first and secont walls (both are incomplete) but well i guess i wouldn't have started doing those walls if weren't for coming here...even though i have the ideas from others places XD.
