Hi..everyone here..i'm sure tat alot of guys here love cars, am i right? And i'm sure tat everyone here knew about initial d..even in anime too..may i ask tat izzit got anyone here read initial d manga? We can hav a talk here..hope to c you all guys here..and i really cant stop to read and talk about cars..coz i really love initial d this anime and manga..
Initial D is good. Only thing I gonna say is gotta love Bunta~~! I need to catch up reading the manga...
But, not only Ini-D is good. There are "Over Rev", "Coutach Attach", "Kapela", "Wangan Midnight", "Shakotan Boogie", and etc are other good car mangas to read.

I've read pretty much every Initial D that's out in the US and I own volume 1. I've also seen the first season of the anime. I would have watched more too if Tokyopop hadn't stopped releasing it.
I'm not a big fan of it since I don't really care for cars, but it's interesting to read and the music from the anime is GREAT.

The tragic romance between Iketani and Mako is so bittersweet!
They really love each other, but stupid Iketani threw away his only chance for love with Mako!

Mako deserves someone better anyway! Iketani's pride as a racer (even though he sucked compared to Mako) will only bring down Mako. Macho pride, that's what I call it.
Mako will do well if she just hangs out with Sayuki instead. Go lesbian rather than straight. *nod, nod*

I don't know, I love Iketani-senpai and Mako-chan combo.
And on Wangan Midnight, I know they're done now. And He's making new manga serie... (I forgot the name) It's not racing manga, but I think some broker and etc story... Oh and They're making Wangan Midnight PS3 game.

The first time I saw Initial D, I was turned off by the drawing but I mean it's about cars! So, obviously I started to read it... and wow it's amazing! Well... more for the cars and the races than the actual storyline but the storyline is good too but WOW THE RACES! XP
YES..! My Favourite Car in Initial D is Mazda FD3S and FC3S..both also Rx-7..damn nice..especially in 4th stage..they had improved in doing their animation..so nice and great...

If you're talking 'bout anime then yeah, graphic got way better than 1st stage. But story wise, FC hasn't change a bit after battle with Takumi. FD in other hand got a lot more changes happened after Evo team battle. Widebody kit, GT-wing, and etc. Maybe that was good thing, cuz, after that they battle againist team: Purple Shadow.

Hey this can bring in girls who like cars. I didn't think I would be interested in Initial D, but read a few pages of it and I was hooked. I love the story and can't wait for vol.26 and 27 to come out in the US.
My favorite car in here is RY's car. It might be old but that is my favorite car throughout the whole series and maybe Bunta's new Mazda, which I also like.

He's driving ('97~'00) Subaru Impreza WRX STi Type are Version V (GC8) with STi Rally Sport front bumber conversion (no, it's not 22b).
In the Manga his GC8 is black with gold rims, but in anime it's blue with gold rims like Impact Blue.
And with I' more fan of FD over FC, not because of looks, but because of performance wise (in real world, not anime world). But Kyoko's FD wasn't bad either. With Single Turbo setup FD.

Initial D is awesome. It used to be one of my favorite mangas, but I haven't been able to catch up in over a year. I don't even know what's happening in it now.
Yes, Ichitaka05, as long as FD3S, it will be nice...how about the god foot and god hand? both also a damn good driver...
