What do you think is the best manga?

To me the best manga that i have ever read was Ai Yori Aoshi. Because it is a comedy romance and it has great artwork done by Kou Fumizuki. My other favorites would have to be Bleach and SGT Frog because they both have comedy and action.
That's not such an easy question. I really like Full Metal Panic and Gunsmith Cats for the artwork and the story. I also like Black Cat, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Steel Angel Kurumi,Welcome to NHK and Rozen Maiden. I like the humour and the story of these titles. Black Cat and Gunsmith Cats especially have a story I can really get my teeth into!

True. hard to tell...so many mangas come out nowadays :) Black Cat, Eyeshield 21, Naruto, Bleach. FMA, i usually like 'fighting' mangas more than other types...hehe

Very hard to choose. I might have to say Cardcaptor Sakura, as I'm a huge CCS fan and saying otherwise might be considered blasphemy, hehehehe. Although I also like Yotsubato! a lot, as I like random comedy and Kiyohiko Azuma created it ^_^. If you don't know, he was the creator of Azumanga Daioh, which is a very funny 4-koma series, and an anime ^_^.

I like most shounen manga, naruto, bleach, FMA, etc. but i like some of the romance ones too, love hina, ichigo 100 and that's mostly it XD. Can't quite pick a favourite from all that, they're good in different ways

The best manga after my opinoin is "Detective Conan" the best manga. It's very good. Has a very good story and good drwaings. And good characthers.
I am getting all the Ai Yori Aoshi anime and this summer I am getting all the manga's that are out for it. But my Fav manga that I have read would have to be A.I. Love You or Love Hina, Both by Ken((Like my fav person in the world))...

Oh, so hard to choose. I would go with Initial D, Hikaru No Go, and Fruits Basket. All of them have been going for quite some time and I haven't given up on reading them. I don't really go for the best artwork( but I look at that too), but I go for the best story line too. The tone, for me, in all these series is suspense and I love it.
I alomst forgot I love Case CLosed because of the mystery in it. It might not have the greatest artwork but like the story line. If I were to choose for artwork and story line I would choose Vampire Knight that is a really interesting manga and great artwork too I might add.

Well I can't tell who is best but I have an idea what a manga has to be so you can call it great. A manga that is not repetative. When you read it you don't say, "...ah, not this again." Or something like that. A manga that stands out, great art, clean and very decent. The plot is not messed up and makes sense and everything connects. That is some points to a great manga.
