Not sure if this is the right forum for this or not... but does anyone know what anime or game this picture is from? Or is it just an artist's work? I've seen it on a few places but haven't seen any credits anywhere...

I might be wrong, but it might just be an artist's work. Looks like a spin-off from Soul Calibur, a female version of Siegfried. I assumed that from the claw-like hands, and the eye on the sword. But, that's just me.
