Hello, just here to post a thread about "Trance" music. I was bored, so yeah. First of all, I roughly listen to Eurodance, Electronica, Clubbing, and Hardcore trance. For relaxing ones, I listen to breakbeats. I know at first everybody goes "I don't know what's the different between types of trance". But here I'll explain it to you.

BREAK BEATS IN TRANCE
(RECOMMENDED IF YOU'RE A SOFT LISTENER)
Breakbeats - softcore trance, usually unique for a nice and attracting beat, not recommended for dances though, although some breaks out there can still be considered a dance type. I'll provide three samples of breakbeats. One that is just 'sit back to chill and listen', and one that can be used to rock your heads to.
#1 - This is a very nice song, the beat is very much similar to clubbing, but it's not. It doesn't have the right feel for a real club song.

#2 - This is also a great song. It is almost similar to a clubbing song, but you should already tell by sound that this song is not suited for clubbing or raves. I recommend this song, it loops perfectly.

#3 - This is a slow break, with quite unique sounds in it which makes it catchy. This is a true break, because it has no clubbing or uptight beats that may confuse you. All of the sounds played will lead you into a chill type of mood, instead jumpy and hyperactive.

RAVE BEATS IN TRANCE
Rave beats - now these can go from soft and monotone all the way up hard and fast, so I'll have to provide a sample between the two. Rave beats are usually those without the vocals and such addicting beat, or should I say, you don't realize a rave beat until you see it. Rave beats usually have gaps in the middle of the song, so that the raver could have their freestyle within that duration.
#1 - Another awesome rave song. It first starts slow, but that's the purpose. If you keep listening it just gets faster and faster.

#2 - Very nice beat, this is for harder rave audiences. Notice how the song goes very fast and then slows down with a nice and bouncy beat.

Personally, in my opinion, almost any trance song can be raved.

Hard / Euro / Electronica Beats in Trance
hard/euro/electronica - These can all be classfied together, I guess. Hard dance is the kind where they perform at clubs, rave parties, and such. This is the kind that I am into. Anyways, if you're an extreme dancer, you'll like this kind of trance. Bump the volume up when you're in the mood and you should feel it. I'll provide three samples of three different types of this genre.
#1 - A very attractive and catchy song, it's a bit slow, but with some professional spinning it could be very great. Anyways, the vocals are great, the back round is great, and so on. There's not much dance feel it in, but maybe some will find it so.

#2 - Now this, my friend, is some great dancing material. The sounds used in this song is just incredible, the beat is nice, and so on. It's not so fast in my opinion, but for others it probably is.

#3 - This is a euro beat, which is also clubbing and hardcore as well. This beat is pretty fast, and it is also catchy. It's a short song, but worth listening to. In fact, this song used to be one of my favorites.

A pretty cruddy music introductory, but I needed to explain that all in some kind of way so the noobs won't say "THEY'RE ALL THE SAME" and crap like that.
So, let's get to the subject of the thread.
