I had really bad experiences playing the game and that combined with a way to short game, I'd say rent it if that. As to the bad experiences, the game constantly was freezing and one of the times it froze on me it erased all of my saved game files. This was on on the 360 and, if there are any 360 bashers, please don't do so as this is the only game i've experienced any problems with and outside of that have had good experiences with my system thus far. I even got so peeved I called Eidos twice to complain. Not that they really cared.
I played the demo.. it was pretty fun.. but there was some tings that i didnt like.. i thought the camera was a tad off... and jumping on a vine and jumping off was timed all weird... the aiming was nicely done tho i liked that.. overall id say its a pretty sweet game.. its the best of the tomb raider series for sure.. if you liked the oldies you should pick this up.

I havent played that game yet Its on my wish list though. I'm a big Laura Croft fan I have all the tomb Raider games. And what I seen on ads and stuff it looks really good sooo hope I get it soon
The only thing i didn't like about TRL is it's length. just started to play and it's almost end. and this ending...i prefer there to be a normal conclusion, but it's like cutting a story in half "to be continued". but puting that aside, the game is great!
I enjoy the game but it was to short , and i wish they cut out those bike levels.

I'm quite a Lara Fan too! have played just TR3 (The lost artifact), TR4 (The last revelation) and Chronicles, but I've loved them all. I like them cause they are challenging *getting the puzzles is not so easy... and gettin all the secrets, I love exploring*
About AOD, I've heard is not quite what you expect of the TR series, but I still wanna give it a try. TRL, that's a nother story. I was very excited, following most of the footages made about it's development at all, I've been in love with it since I first heard of it, though I haven't get the chance to play it yet. Hopefully I'll be able to do soon!
And I second Valpons comment up there, Tomb Raider should be turned into an anime!

Compare to the 1st generation of tomb raider lara craft ... tomb raider legend is just way to easy ...and short ... i personaly think that mayb eidos is getting a litle boring making tomb raider's story line ...coz the game get shorter and shorter ... and the puzzle .... even kids can figure it out ...shish ... really love the old school tomb raider ...coz is the only tomb raider that can make you use your frozen brain to think of the maze ... haiz ... tomb raider these days .....

I liked Tomb Raider Legend a lot. I'd give it a rent at best though, not because it's a bad game (it isn't), but just because it's so short. I really liked how Lara moves so fluidly now, especially in the post-Prince of Persia Sands of Time world. I don't think the game would have been nearly so well-received if Lara still moved like she did in the previous games in the series.

The old playstation one first Tomb Raider games left a bitter taste to most players, since each sequel showed little improvement and it seemed to be done just pasable enough for the greens, so most pioneers will obviously be reluctant of any Tomb Raider-something. Let's face it, Lara is sexy for a reason, to sell more. The games are quite entertaining, but that's it, it didn't leave me nothing more but the image of a voluptuous woman.

I've been a Tomb Raider fan from the beginning. I've played every single installment of the series and I'm glad Lara Croft is back in action! It's been a long long time since Edios has released a GOOD Tomb Raider game. The last good one was the i. After that, the 4th, Chronicles and Angel of Darkness just gotreally pointless. This one is a great come back for the series. I'm loving what I've played so far. Except its a bit harder for me because I'm used to pressing the Triangle button to draw out my guns inside of the L1 and R1 buttons. >.<; I feel so old school...but thats something I'll get used to.
Had anyone bought the PSP version? The reviews say it has some bad slowdown, but portable Tomb Raiding action sounds so cool..
Well, I wished it was longer, I finished it in one afternoon...And for me it's the only good Tomb Raider xDDDD I bought it with the thought "This is your last chance, Lara..."...I'm glad I bought it, I loved it!^^
Really cool graphics, cool game play, but it's was toooooo short finished it up in 3 days :(

The game looks great, to bad I don't have the money to buy it. It came from one of my favorite companies. Hopefully this game will spark more development in the LOK series.
