Any body played gran turismo, im up to gt3 and im saving my money up to buy the new gran tursimo 4, im almost halfway there right now
That's funny, I just started a new game of GT3 today, and I really like it. I thought I'd start a new game because I'm in driving school right now, and I figure it'll give me some idea.. of.. driving.. yeah. Lol.. I'd like to get GT4, but I'm going to wait til a price drop. My older brother said he was going to buy it, but he never did. Guess that leaves it up to me!
I do not like much racing games with cars... i like races thit ships, jetskies, "karts" but the simulation games with cars disincrease my activity util I fell to sleep...

The graphic for the GT series are great, but I am not much interested in racing games. If I don't get to shoot anything I am not really interested.

I like the system of Gran Turismo where you can buy a car and then modify it. And then there's a huge selection of many different cars, and that's what I think is what it makes to be one of the best racing games. I don't really like the races though. I just couldn't really figure out how to play it in the "Gran Turismo". I always end up driving the same courses over and over again, just to make money so I can buy a new car or new parts.
I also like the license thing, it's a bit challenging your techniques in racing. I enjoyed playing that part of the game.

I play it most of the time and i increased my skill from basic grip driving to able to control a drift but i never seem to go any further into the game into the pro levels since i got too bored and i got all the right cars, courses, and parts to my liking. so once i was that bored, i just reset everything (as in delete the saved file) and start over again from scratch (that happened almost 3 times now). im mostly interested into 4WD cars as i am best in driving those cars
Gran Turismo 4 is very nice, i bought it the day it came out. hehe XD im a big fan of the game.. Its definatley worth the money, its so fun!

However, it gets boring after you get 100% ^_^;;; Not to mention Gran Turismo 5 will come out for PS3 and it'll be nearly the same thing as Gran Turismo 4...just with better graphics...

Hopefully it'll be online playable since PS3 kept boasting about online capabilities (even though that promise is broken with GT4 and PS2).
Yeah i heard that if they were gonna put in online for gt4 they would have to delay the release time again...

I didn't like the game so much, I can't frigging turn. I like games where you can turn on a dime at 60mph, like GTA, *power slides into hooker* Not impressed with the "no damage" thing either, I need explosons. So, I'm going to jump off of my apartment garage in GTA.

....there's a reason why there's such thing as suspension settings and LSD and weight ratios etc. If you never learn how to set a car in the game, you get a hellalot of understeer. The game was designed for car enthusiasts who love to tweak their cars to their potential on track.
It's okay if you just want to play race r1c3r, but Gran Turismo isn't the game for you if you're not into technicalities.

My brother plays gt4 .. i do sometimes too but its an evil game!! GAME OF THE DEVIL! its so addicting cause like when your racing time trails and crap your like a second away!! and like grr ima get this time and then you get all antsy and then your turn the corner to fast and hit the wall and fail =[ and then you keep trying and then you get sucked it... but its still fun i guess lol... my brother gets to into it ... its scary lol you should get gt4 its a good a game i recamend it
