That's pretty good, though either you messed the scan up, or you need a better one. +_+

Err...I'm not gonna comment on the scan (even tho the shadowing on the girl's right arm is extremely strange)...Anyway, I think you need to add an appropriate shadow around the note (it's barely noticeable), and give the shadow on the frame more perspective (make it farther away from the frame itself). Just why is the frame transparent anyway? I also don't understand the purpose of the tiles in the background, though I must say the overall image looks good. Just try to fix the shadowing and make the frame more opaque. The background can also use some thoughtfulness.

The concept is good, but you'd be moving in the right direction by redoing the background.

Since its a pic attatched/on a notepad/whatever, make the bg a desk.. But yeah you need shadows since its 2D looking... Also th scan is pretty blurry and could use some cleaning...
