Mobile Suit Gundam 00
Ok, so regarding that latest episode we had. there's one doubt i had in my regarding Aeolia and the Trans-am Systems. that system maybe even existing to the other Meisters as well of course, with the exception of the Throne Series. so what i really would like to know is if that Aeolia is still out there, alive and kicking because i just can't put it as coincidence that at that moment, Setsuna was able to unleash Tran-am by himself.
possibly, Aeolia must have removed the limited of the GN Drive and allowed the use of Trans-Am (by the way-- what does it means?).. that may also means, he is witnessing the events of the world or he must have been really really a super intellectual program or maybe he has a descendant that mirrors himself like that. anyway, sure it turns to be really intriguing.

The GN-X's wouldn't stand a chane against exia with trans-am. i've been waiting for exia to power up, cause he needed it.
MachdudeIt is highly likely that the other three units are also capable of Trans-Ams. However, it is unknown whether or not that is possible and since the Exia was developed from the Astrea and in turn, the O Gundam, Exia may possibly be the only suit capable of Trans-Ams as the O-Gundam is the first known Gundam model ever produced and the Exia is the direct derivation. The rest were developed from external derivations like the Sadalsuud and the Plutone.
Yes but again, Aeolia mentioned the words "Full utilization of your GN Drives". We can conclude that the power is derived from the GN Drive alone. Also if you look deeper into his words he says 'YOUR' GN Drives. Possibly meaning more than one and therefore the odds that the others have a similar ability is high.

Re-watch the episode again. You clearly didn't understand it. Alejandro got caught in a system trap since he killed Aeolia. Since Veda had been hacked the system gave the Celestial Beings the remaining help available. The Trans-Am system. It WAS a coincident that Setsuna was in need of it at the time. And no, Setsuna did not unleash it, the system trap allow them to use it. Aeolia had planned ahead just in case there was someone who would take over Veda and kept the Trans-Am system as the back up plan!

that's what i thought initially but how exactly Aeolia was to predict about how things would go that way and that Veda would be hacked accordingly with the turn of tides with the world's status is highly unexplainable. at that point, Aeolia at the video seemed to witnessed the world's change by first hand and that coincides with Exia's battle with Ali to use the Trans-am. well, i guess it is really just a major tie in of events.
Just finished watching 23... Saddest episode ever... It's even worse than the ep in which Louise parents died...

It's called grand strategy. Aeolia was a genius for inventing the solar furnaces, I wouldn't doubt that he planned this far ahead. It's not that difficult either--look at Death Note's first half of the manga/anime. There are people that smart--if not smarter.

Yes, but if you think about it, he also said he didn't know whether they carried his will or not. This means he did know who the "your" meant. But in the end, I suppose it's assumed it's the ones that he built himself.
Therein lies the kicker you see. Sumeragi specifically said that it was part of the original GN drives which means that the Gundams are using the GN drives from the original gundam O series. In total there are 5 original Gn drives, 4 in CB and 1 in the hands of Fereshte. And keep in mind, the GN drives were never rebuilt, they were transplanted from series to series which means that the same Drives from Gundam O are present in the third generation.

And here I thought I had a pretty decent grasp on what was happening in this series...are you saying there's a prequel to Gundam 00? That's news to me. (Or is there a manga to Gundam 00 that goes into more depth about precursor info than the anime?)
Ok, now random impressions; this show has gotten much sadder recently. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the Thrones: they were just being used as sacrifices in the end, at least according to Ali. (And Why is he still alive...) I thought that their deaths seemed a bit rushed, (seems like they were just introduced,) but Gundam shows are -sometimes- known for their realism: characters dying quickly and pointlessly rather than in some epic duel. I suppose Setsuna is probably going to take Rena, (who, lets say, undergoes a nice character transformation after losing both her brothers) and that pointless guy in the GN Arms back to the city where Saji is..or they'll go to Azadistan to get help from Marina, (would probably cause a lot of problems for her, since those 'operation fallen angel' people might pursue Setsuna.) Either way, Setsuna will have some trouble getting back into space. What else...Saji hates the Gundams now...I can't really think how this will tie into the rest of the show, as he and Louise were more of a how-war-effects-civilians side-story at first. One last pointless point, does Setsuna realize that when Exia reactivated and later activated the Trans-AM system, it was due to Sumeragi's system switch, and Aeoli's trap, respectively, and not anything he did? ...ramble ramble...

Note, Cockpits are built slightly below the Chest cavity and are above the legs. If the explosion hit him, it hits ALL of him, not just the legs. Also, I find that Ali Al Sarshes' death was rather rushed so I think he is not dead at all since most characters who died all share one thing, a final glimpse at their face.
As pointed out.
Harry- Died with beam sabers stuck in him by Throne Zwei, we got to see his face.
Union Pilot guy whom I don't know his name- Got a final shot at his expression before Lockon blew him up.
Min- We got a look at his reaction as Hallelujah slowly stabs his suit.
Johan- We got to see his slow death sequence before Ali blew him up.
Daryl- We got to see his face before he suicides.
And so on.

I enjoy gundam series, but the first time Gundam00 didn´t catch my attention. It was later that i enjoyed a lot with it. But i´ll have to say that the reason i didn´t liket it the first time was because i belived that everyone would be like Tieria or Setsuna, triying to be cool, but doing nothing more than fight or talk a little. Seriously, Lochon and Alleluya, and Felt, are the best.
Everyone trying to be cool? I think that would be pretty inaccurate. Everyone has angsts too and as we have discovered, its the cool people that seem to kick the bucket the fastest. Setsuna and Tieria are probably the most controversial Gundam characters in the story although I do admit that lockon does have the best personality.
But so far, in vs themes...
Setsuna wins vs Kira and Heero.
Kira was an unbelievable little hick, too pacifistic for my taste. His only consolation was Lacus who could probably talk down my mom. Heero was an angsty scumbag who wouldn't give up.
Lockon vs Trowa and Mu.
I give Lockon two thumbs up. He trumps Trowa easily and while Mu is a good contender, he just was too pompous for his own good.
Allelujah vs Quatre/Duo and Shin.
Okay, best way to describe it, Quatre was easily ridiculous as he was a rich boy who was soft. Duo has the best chance at beating Allelujah in character depth. Shin also had a good story. The difference, Allelujah had Hallelujah.
Tieria vs Athrun and Wu Fei.
Okay, at this point we can still hold off on judgment for Tieria. Athrun can't beat this guy but Wu Fei certainly can. (the only good thing about Athrun is the Infinite Justice which looks cooler with Lacus as the pilot.)

Wait, when did Lacus pilot the Infinite Justice? Was it in the OVA 'cause that's the only thing I didn't see...I got too irritated with the Gundam Seed franchise.

look Rabbit that ones got a crown lol
