I believe the reason why Alellujah didn't detect the Quantum Brainwave because he'd lost the ability along with the death of Halellujah (although Twin GN Drive Particle phenomenon temporary awaken his second persona).

Now you mention about Setsuna is different level of the Innovator, I've a hunch he able to jack into others with Quantum Brainwave ability, just like Ribbons. Since he's not dependent to Veda, he might able to pull the trick with the help of his 00+0 Riser configuration and the unique GN Particle emission from the Twin GN Drive. I think he has, when he bring Graham Acker/Mister Bushido into the GN Particle a la Newtype state and have a conservation about the true purpose of the GN Drive and the evolution of man into the higher state of existent. I think this method only limited to extant of how far the unique particle is spread and how long the particle will stay and dissipate into space. The only plus of his ability is it not limited to Quantum Brainwave user only.

Ribbons’ newtype racket has been busted when setsuna revealed you get the results without the painful expensive high risk procedure, revive just realized that he’d been duped. There are a couple things that I must pick at with nena in the most recent episode, firstly, love the logic you displayed, you don’t like wang because she briefly sided with the people who killed your dear brothers, so what do you do? You side with the people who killed your brothers in order to kill her, right. Amazing logic there! Plus way to show your gratitude considering wang took you in, gave you a roof over your head, 3 meals a day, fancy clothes, etc etc, and shooting your host(s) up is how you thank them. Death was too good for you nena.

And louise, dear oh dear louise, you have sunk so far it’s impossible to describe, immediately after ripping your arch nemesis apart in Qubeley mkII you revert to a child and start demanding praise from your dead parents like a brat? yeah, no doubt about it, ribbons will get rid of her once she becomes useless, like he does with everything else. I can sympathize with wang in regards to her brother, as would anyone who has a sibling that never pulls their weight and just sits around dithering over every possibly thing without thinking for themselves.

I think that Setsuna becoming an Innovator is perhaps the greatest plot twist in the whole series! Setsuna in that state is as strong or perhaps stronger than Hallelujah and Allelujah combined consciousness, and since he is the first ever human to become an innovator is that why he is stronger than the artificially created Innovators by Aeolia? Since Setsuna was just able to pawn a lot of innovators, where even an Innovator like Tieria is having trouble beating one. The thing that I really want to happen in the next episode or so, is everyone in the Ptolemy learning about Setsuna becoming an Innovator. It’s quite ironic in contrast to Tieria who completely denies his existence as Innovator, and instead chooses to become human (the episode where he killed that innovator, declaring that he is human). Setsuna’s fate in the series seems to be gloom, since doesn’t he and Ribbons have the same goal of uniting humanity by turning them all to innovators? Though I suspect that Ribbons’ plan is more so of world domination, but the means is still the same, guiding humans into becoming innovators.

Man I'm surprised at how many people get smoked in episode 21. I didn't really like Liu Mei, Hong Long or Nena, but I was kind of surprised that they all got smoked by the end of the episode. I was thinking that Nena would get killed by Ali trying to get revenge. For some reason I didn't expect Louise to kill her. Louise is still messed up in the head with her delusional conversation with her dead parents after she got her revenge. Overall good episode and I hope the last 4 episodes turn out well and conclude the series.

This is all that hit me while watching the episode. Innovation might not exactly mean the evolution of the entire human race per say. It might simply be a metaphorical term for a certain kind of philosophical enlightenment that Schenberg wants mankind to achieve. The Innovators are able connect to one another psychically, and this could symbolize perfect understanding the hallmark of the philosophy of Innovation. When you can see into the innermost reaches of one’s mind, you are able to understand him or her intimately (in theory). This perfect understanding between all humans that what everyone desires is really just peace; this is probably the enlightenment that Schenberg desires, which will put an end to conflict and create peace. The name “Celestial Being” could not be more apt. Celestial Being will be the overseers who watch over the people of the world in this time of turmoil. They will also be the forerunners of the coming change, an organization which fights for this “enlightened” ideology, though they may not all understand it. They are the ones who will lead humanity to “innovation.”

The term” Innovators” is an interesting term. In definition, it means “Agents of change.” The innovators are meant to be the catalyst that will bring along innovation. They are the ones who are forcing Celestial Being to act, and through the actions of Celestial Being, (And through observing the ruthlessness of the Innovators) humanity will see the light, and change will come. Setsuna is the first among the Innovated humans, his innovator powers enabling him to fully understand the true meaning of Innovation, and Schenberg’s true goals. Through him perhaps Schenberg hopes that this understanding can be spread to the rest of humanity. I do not really think that Schenberg intended evolve all humans into Innovators, but rather simply to be of an “Innovated” mind. (Even Ribbons states this clearly, though I don’t think he fully understands why.)

Also, in the Gundam 00 universe, where everything seems to be at least marginally based on science, I do not see a way where everyone on Earth could be quickly converted into innovators; certainly not a way that would take any less that a few hundred years. The only way this would be achievable is through a Deus ex Machina device, like the thought elevator in Code Geass. It might be tempting to think of Veda as such a device, but so far it has done nothing to show that it is capable of playing any role in human evolution. It will most certainly play a central role in the end, but it is more likely to be the instrument through which Ribbons and the Innovators will be defeated.

Maybe the idea is to expose all humans to the "good" gn particles, usually through the orbital towers, creating innovators like that. i've stopped trying to predict.

A bit stale but looks like Kati and Federation renegades are joining the fight with Celestial Being and Katharon to defeat the A-LAWS and the innovators. Maybe after the African Tower incident, she had question A-LAWS rules of engagement, deserted and joined the anti-Federation force. I wonder what happen to Billy; I bet he still with the A-LAWS and trying to crush the Celestial Being. I wouldn't be surprise if Ribbons suddenly pops out and subdue Regena since he make multiple clones of himself to defend Veda and defeat the Celestial Beings.

I have a hunch Graham Acker having doubts with his Bushido way and will not perform seppuku ritual. He'll somehow show up in the critical moment to help the Celestial Being when they in the pinch. Well, if you can't beat them, join them.

Feldt x Sestuna pairing? Unlikely, but I've a feeling Ms. Kujoh has a new boyfriend and he's eying for her. The good news is that Souma began to accept Allelujah and relationship will back on track.

So I’m like totally not digging the MP Innovator twist... like at all! It’s like Ribbons just found a trainer for the strategy game called Gundam 00 and used it to instantly max out his unit count to the point where they won’t even fit on the screen. I know he’s supposed to be able to create Innovators, but dear Christ that many. I just hope I never have to see a copy/paste shot like that in anything ever again. Seriously though what kind of a plot twist is this? Even if Ribbons is supposed to be able to create more Innovators this is just so far fetched and they can really do better for a final scenario. Really disappointed. I hope this isn’t what the last few episodes are going to be like, Setsuna just cleaving through wave after wave of Divine Nova’s in whatever MP Suit they get with 0-Raiser. That would just be lame.

Personally I think the type of relationship Marina and Setsuna have was sealed by producer Iketani Hiroomi’s comments in the magazine, and it’s not lovey dovey even though it’s stronger than the first season. Feldt and Setsuna isn’t as clear cut. The flower is suppose to play some part, but it would have flowed better if Marina was the one to give it. Oh well guess we’ll have to wait.

As much as I like Ribbons, I'm really actually dying to see him fall especially after that clone army crap. It's so obvious that he's going loose as that dickhead son of bear is tagging along behind Revive, in addition Setsuna and Saji are channeling Kamina and Simon respectively with their spiral powered 00 raiser, whilst the best Ribbons can manage is amuro rays voice while he hides behind his clone army like a coward.

And as for Feldt, cut the girl some slack, she’s had it rough (being born in Celestial Being for starters, her parent's being turned to soup by an exploding GN drive, frequently dragged along on Christina's "shopping trips" having to deal with a drunkard for a captain, and being sexually assaulted by lecharous Lyle whilst having to babysit desu-yellow. A lesser person would’ve cracked under all that) plus she’s been genre savvy enough to avoid any death flags. Watching captain KFC shit himself and try to run... well waddle away from impending death made me laugh, and it was nice to see Kataron finally do something besides be cannon fodder as well as see some flags and enacts score a few kills for a change.

Well, Ribbons was an amusing villain for a while, but something tells me he at least cloned himself. Jerk. <_< Well, anywho, he's starting to annoy me.

I'm glad for the 00's return to the giant switchblade, that thing made Setsuna's fighting style quite unique. Although, the dual wielding was love too, I wouldn't miss that for the world. The new armaments are pretty awesome, but I fail to see Tieria's...what's his?

That's it, Setsuna x Feldt is my otp for Gundam 00. XD Although Marina seems to like Setsuna also. Although, Setsuna doesn't seem to care for a relationship, understandably, but still. x-x Even though unlikely, I like that pairing a lot. x) And Feldt deserves a good relationship, she's had to put up with so much. And quite mature too, so yeah, I love Feldt. She even has the guts to try and make a move on Setsuna! x)

It's about time that fat dude died. x( He's an idiot, seriously. Although, I have to wonder who's going to be the next A-LAWs commander they'll have to deal with? Definitely isn't gonna be Kati.

And speaking of Aker, I think he's going to go and like sacrifice himself or something. x-x He just seems like that kind of character. Crazy red shirts...

GN Drive (T) Trans-Am powered Gaga Kamikaze squad? I think the producer got the idea from watching Gurren-Lagann because the scene reminds me of the Hands and Feets variant Anti-Spiral overwhelming the Gurren-Lagann squad. I think Ribbons manage to make at least 1 or 2 clones of himself since he invested most of the resource to clone of Bring Stability/Divine Nova , prep the GN Drive (T) to power the main beam canon and for the Gaga suit (the name itself make me laugh). Not to mention rebuilding the destroyed Arche Gundam and mass built both the kamikaze suit and the Automaton with the help of Billy (not surprise there).

The Celestial Being is never been in tight spot like this even though they are now not alone with the Federation and the Katharon lending their hand with the onslaught. Everyone has their hands full; Lyle having hard time with Ali, Tieria got owned by the last two Innovators since they had upgrade their GN Drive (T) but proceed to secure the Veda, Plotemaios crew overwhelmed by onslaught of Gagas and breach of Automatons and Allelujah in the verge of losing Marie. I think things look grim for Kujoh as she encounters Billy as behind him are Automatons, ready to eradicate the whole crew. Whatever the outcome, it would be tragic.

I hope I was right of Graham switching side and Setsuna will do something to stop this madness.

If Lyle manage to finish off what his brother started, the final duel would be Setsuna against Ribbons and maybe Graham if he's want his death wish really bad. Else, it would most anticipate duel that fans longing for; Setsuna against Ali. For me, I don't care as long they don't drop the ball.

Hmmmm, something is telling me that perhaps Tieria isn't a normal innvovator, perhaps? Other than the explicit fact that he was locked out of Veda for being part of the 'rogue' celestial being, perhaps he was the favorite of the old man? Both he and Regene, who seem to be the twins of each other, show a disdain for Ribbon's plan, as if they know something he does not. Perhaps because he is special in some way he would be able to take over Veda from Ribbons, but who knows. It's just a speculation.

Another interesting point seems to be that the current innovators were created with the fake GN particles, which might explain their instability. The fact that Ribbons cannot link to Setsuna seems to back up that theory, since Setsuna underwent innovation with two of the real GN drives, as opposed to Louis's innovation from the fake GN drives.
