Theory on Celestial being
So we first have established that Celestial being is an order that has been in operation for a few centuries, all for this one big moment. So First we have Celestial being's ideals. Their aim is to create world peace, hoping to stop warfare and the disarmament of potential warmongering nations. This has led to my theory first. This theory is kicked off by the inclusion of the second set of Gundams, the Throne Gundams. As the name implies, thrones are for kings, which means that these suits may not be for Celestial being at all. They may be the second part of Aeolia Schenberg's plan. Many people question the ulterior motives of the Gundams so Aeolia may have a second agenda in two stages.
Celestial being's primary motive is to defang the world, where it becomes softer and easier to control. Then The Throne Gundams which may be a level above Celestial being are sent to take over the now weakened nations. This fits since Celestial being's job is to promote world peace, and once it is done, they will not have any use anymore because Celestial Being's constant existance may be bad for the second faction.
This is just a theory.

Assuming that Celestial Being doesn't know about the Throne Gundams, because so far they haven't shown any signs of being aware of such; wouldn't they attempt to intervene against the Throne Gundams? They'll probably expect them to be of higher caliber, but regardless, it is their mission to "prevent all military agendas." Sure, they may be outmatched, but if you think about it, there's always a faction that does what they aren't suppose to be doing. Something that wasn't expected.
Secondly, suppose Aeolia did have this planned out to take over the world in such a manner, and everything went according to plan. Who's gonna rule? Some long forgotten descendant? Or the Throne Gundam pilots? That would make sense since there are three of them, but it seems like a waste to hand over rule to some other three that you worked so hard to scheme. Unless he believes in a dictatorial peace. That...might hurt after a while.

The Red GN particles may refer to the fact that they are of a higher grade. Perhaps there is a shadow person stringing the plan along before using the Throne Gundams to attack Celestial being under the pretense of ridding the world of an annoyance before using the advantage to target the world. After all there are three primary nations so one Gundam per nation is rather fitting. If the Gundam Meisters have someone like Sumeragi, then perhaps the throne Gundams themselves may also have an equivalent, one who is bent on taking over the world. If the throne Gundams are more advanced than Celestial Being's, then they don't stand a chance.
However, making two factions makes sense. If Aeolia had simply ordered a force of attack Gundams to take over the world, the world would easily mobilize to fight them and make domination much harder. In contrast, if the world suddenly were defanged by Celestial being and then some "other" force were to take them out, it would lead to a widespread support from the world and if they wanted to take over, it would only be too easy.

Maybe Aeolia's a follower of communism. Haha.
Regardless, I think that once the Throne Gundams come into play and Celestial Being gets their initial butt whooping, they'll crank out the upgrades. Come on, every Gundam series has the upgrade in there somewhere, whether they switch to a more powerful suit or just update the older one. I mean, I've been seeing scans of a couple already, such as "Dynames Torpedo" and "Exia Avalanche." Now whether those actually come into play or not is another question...or maybe it's all fandom (for some reason I find the fandom idea hard to believe, but I could very well be wrong).
That's when the playing field gets a little more even. And then as a kicker, the world switches to Celestial Being's side. Haha, nah, just kiddin'.
Red GN Particles...hmmm...I thought that was odd 'cause doesn't red have like the least energy in the light spectrum?

Perhaps it signifies the amount of energy wasted because if it gives off more powerful particles, it means its wasting more energy in that sense. So it could be that the new Gundams are more efficient.
The new gundams have just saved Celestial being's butt so I'm going to have to formulate a new theory but it may not be too far from this one IMO.

I don't think it's world domination he's after, well at least the Meisters don't know that, because from what I've seen they are all good people and want to spot war. Now I think that CB's idea to stop war on earth is to give it an outside target, to get all of humanity under one flag, as seen in the last few episodes. Now whether this will turn out to be correct or not we will see, we still know very little and can only give wild guesses such as these :D
I agree with Juneau
According to many previous episodes, it appears that Celestial Being is setting itself up as a scapegoat or common enemy for the world to rally against and ultimately end conflicts.
However, with the introduction of the Throne Gundams, many possible scenarios come into play. Perhaps Aeolia created two organizations with Celestial Being unaware of the other's presence...where Celestial Being rallies the world and the foreign organization crushes it and reigns as "Thrones". The Thrones may also merely be another stage of Celestial Being's plan to end war, with something going potentially wrong later on in the story to turn them against each other.
Regardless, Aeolia looks too evil to not be evil XD

I find the 'Trinity' extremely interesting..
The point is that their 'superiors' haven't been shown yet - do they have a tactical analyst supporting them? They certainly have far more advanced Gundams with much better technology such as to spread the Red GN particles over a large area to mask the whole landscape. It also seems like that no one from the original Celestial Being knew about their going-to-be appearance..
And most importantly, what is Veda? (or Vader, in other cases)

The throne theory might work, there are 3 throne gundams so one for each superpower/alliance.
and yes what the hell is veda, they keep nagging about veda's plan and predictions...

I second the "what the hell is veda" question...
As of now, the only knowledge we have of Veda is that it is a combat simulator that assigns and predicts the missions that it is given. Of the meisters, Tieria has the most contact with Veda leading to the question of why Veda was unaware of Throne in the first place. We know for certain that Throne is a separate organization of Mobile suits because it has no data in Veda as well as having no one from Celestial being actually knowing about them.
We are forgetting that Aeolia was part of a team of experts researching solar technology. Aeolia may have very well been creating this system and estimated that no one else was doing anything similar.
But he was very wrong. In fact another scientist did EXACTLY the same thing, except, he made his solar furnace much stronger than Aeolia's. Now why they've been waiting for this moment, I don't know. That was just a guess, since early in the series they kept saying he was part of a team of experts that created the modern solar technology in the 00's AD timeline.
Just a guess.

I like your theory on the thrones being the second stage of the grand plan, and that also explains why they came to CBs rescue when all was nearly lost.
Although ChaosNataku brings up an interesting idea..i think i'll need to see ep 17 or maybe 19 to have a guess

Actually, now that I think about it, I think Machdude's right 'cause at the end Johan was like "We've waited 200 years for this moment." or something like that anyway...so in other words I'm thinking they are related to Aeolia somehow. Just not sure how yet...
Or my theory still stands, that works too. XD
