yeah, seems like Innovades are truly spread out in the entire planet. i mean, there's more than one branch of Celestial Being as well. we are just looking at the main branch, the most significant crew among the rest.

The whole thing with Louise was, it did have to do with GN Particles, it took me a few times watching to get this, but the medication she was taking, was suppressing her body from trying to heal itself from when she was exposed to the fake GM partials from when Nina shot and killed her family. That was she could undergo innovation. It's the episode where you see her with Veda eyes for the first time.

Yeah they are, I've been reading up on the Gundam 00I stuff, and it's so cool, really gives you so much more insight on the innovators.

@AIRMAN: yeah, Louise was infected by particles of Tau-GN Drive when Nena intentionally killed those people at Halevy's party. i didn't realized it was from that contamination that she was able to undergo Innovation. but it looks like a negative Innovation since she needed medication for that while Setsuna regains his health conditions with the contamination of real GN Drive particles.
