As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I buy my music from the Apple online store and I regretfully purchased some music videos as well. However, when Apple's software automatically updated to the most recent version I lost the audio playback options for my music videos. Apple still hasn't resolved this issue and I'm getting a little upset. Does anyone have a solution?

If you don't buy rentals from the iTunes store, you should be able to fix the problem by downgrading Quicktime.

1. Uninstall Quicktime from add/remove programs.
2. Download QuickTime 7.3.1.
3. Install.

Thanks for the help DeepDragoon, Its just weird because my DMR free music videos play and the protected ones do not. However, your fix should solve my problems now that I think of it. Apple's though I think not.

Good for you.

I'm sure that really helped bwilhelm to fix the problem he was having.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to post something like that in this thread. How amusing.

Hey, can anyone help me with with this?

My iTunes can't be run recently (it's been around a month already =_=). I have tied installing the new version and uninstall the old one but to no avail. Btw, my bro's PC is having the same problems too (he doesn't mind though LOL)

Did you uninstall all of the apple components like, the mobile device support, the automated updating, and QuickTime as well?

Try to uninstall Qick Times, then download the latest version of it, and then install it. I've occured that error once. And after reinstalling QuickTime, all's going normally. ^^

I have a solution:

1. Stop wasting money on the iStore
2. Torrent
3. Get Winamp or Media Player Classic or VLC
4. Enjoy the same music and videos for free

Or how about not stealing and actualy pay for something that you shouldn't be using for nothing. Muscians sing for a career and need to make money to, so don't steal. I hate people who use torrents, just buy your music like everyone else or don't listen at all.

Oh don't get me wrong I still buy artists I like like PvD and the Editors. I buy artists I want to support, but game soundtracks and like the WWE albums I won't because the games already get my money when I buy them and the WWE takes it at every Pay-Per-View. thats why I'll still torrent. Besides I'd rather buy the CD then from some borky place like the iStore.

Okay I will go with you on the soundtrack idea, that is true and I agree. I don't buy soundtracks either. I absolutely think that the iStore is overpriced but when you want to buy a CD for a couple of songs that you like and pay $15 to $20 for it, the iStore is looking kind of good, no? If I do like a whole CD I will not buy it from iTunes but from a retail store as well.

And sorry if I was rude and it seemed like I was bashing you but I do hate people who just download all of their music illegally.

And there's the problem. Winamp does support your iPod if you have windows. If you don't just buy a $35 MP3 CD player and burn 1 MP3 disc and you're good for the day. Anyway back on topic, I have no solution but to stop using the crappy iStore to get your music.

Out of interest what makes the iTunes Store crappy, the store that is not iTunes itself?

I've generally found the selection and buying process to be pretty good, and the plus files come with no DRM so you can play them on any device (or convert them into a format that will). Though I mainly use it for it's catalogue of free podcasts and to listen to music clips before deciding to buy an album or not.

As a side note, I've heard good things about Amazons online MP3 store, though it's not available where I live (needs a US billing address).
