As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I have a few vectors in PS still, and wanna finish them.

~NosVII 1 hour 8 minutes ago
Aki, are you going to use inkscape aswell?

`akiranyo 1 hour 28 minutes ago
Hahaha. I hate that site. A bunch of anonymous people who think that can do anything what they want.

Q: Why do people use 4chan? I watched it once, but I nearly turned blind.

`akiranyo 1 hour 49 minutes ago
Thnx. Only 1 will be selected tough, and maybe mine :P

~NosVII 1 hour 50 minutes ago

No, you can't. Try sizing them down... If you have adobe photoshop, try using the option called save for web.

If not, you gotta go by the rules. Sry

You can also get a simple image resizer for windows xp from the microsoft website...it's a windows powertoy. It enables you to resize any image by just right clicking on the file. I believe one of the resize options enables you to enter a custom size. It generally does a great job and sizes your files really low. It's quite useful when you have a lot of photos and just need to quickly get them to web-acceptable size to upload or email.

Did I mention it's free?

You don't say! You know, I've been having a problem very similar to what Kimi232 has been dealing with. I'm curious, though, is there a specific power toy I have to look for, or do all of the powertoys generally have the same resizing capabilities?

Just do this:
Open your photoshop and open your avatar file 100x100px.
Than go to Image-->Mode-->Indexed color...
Than save your avatar as .PNG
Your image is ready to upload :)

There. :)

Nah... you don't have to throw it to indexed colour... it makes the picture look very pixelated... i prefer using the save for web function... =P

You can change the format of your avatars
bmp to jpg or gif
if this does not work
you can try to resize your avatars
just get them smaller
this could be working

There's a specific one. Go here (Microsoft Powertoys for Windows XP) and there's a list of little windows tweaks on the right hand side. Find the one that says Image Resizer. There's a few other powertoys people might find useful for tweaking windows as well.

Ho...? So sure of yourself are we? It does! It makes all of the pictures look dull and makes it look crappy... i tried doing it with a picture of a lens before lol... totally pixelated! >=3

I'm not really sure what it does but i think it reduces the amount of colours used... something like... hmmm using only a set amount of colours, particularly the most commonly occuring ones, and anything else is coloured in to its nearest neighbour... but its just a guess... =P
