Naruto's Father?
I think it's safe to say that it's 'almost' cannon to assume that the 4th is Naruto's father. They just have too many obvious references to the both of them.

IF Yondaime isn't Naruto's father... then ... what if the leader of Akatsuki is, because he also has that similar hairstyle... he got his nose scar in a fight against either Yondaime or another opponent...
and since I am in a mood for seculations, I assume following this time:
Maybe Yondaime is Pein's good hearted brother. Kushina Uzumaki married the wrong man. Pein was seduced by the dark side of Akatsuki somehow and planned to desert his wife... so he left and joined Akatsuki and established himself as a leader one day... during that time, Naruto was born...
Pein wanted revenge for some unknown reason (at the moment unknown to us).
Then one day the Kyuubi was realeased and brought terror all over Konoha,... and the rest,... is already known to you....
...many years later... Naruto grew up into a mischievous, but inwardly lonely, little Ninja brat ... and that was the beginning of Naruto as we know it today through the Manga as well as Anime...
I assume that at that time Pein established himself as akatsuki's leader and somehow, someway found out about his son, while also doing research of the 9 Beasts. He plans to turn Naruto to the dark side as well...(_/)..(_/)..(_/)..(_/)..

Wow! Pein as Naruto's father would be a super awesom twist but I think the guys to young. Pein looks around the same age as Kakashi and the 4th was Kakashi's teacher, so I don't think that would work out to well. Perhaps Pein is the Yondaime's younger brother or he could even be Naruto's older brother that he never knew about! Sorry I like to spout theory's. It would be really funny if it turned out that Pein has nothing to do with the Yondaime or Naruto.

I thought the Yondaime is Naruto's brother and Pein has no relation to Naruto. Also you cant really tell Peins age just by the last couple chapters of the manga. I think Naruto's father is dead.

Yondaime is 'highly hinted' to be Narutos father not brother. Also, Pein 'could' very well be related to Naruto in some way; they do look a lot alike. Oh and I said that Pein 'looks' to be Kakashi's age I didn't say he defiantly was.
Well from the voice in the Anime version, I assume that Pein is in his mid-thirties or late thirties or even in his 40ies. So it can be that he is Naruto's father after all, but we will not know until then,... as usual 
Well, actually it is odvious that Yodaime is naruto's father(watch 367 chapter).

Naruto's father is 4th I'm very very sure about this because in konoha village the man who has blue eyes and yellow hair is 4th and naruto only null

Naruto's father has already been revealed to be the fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato (not sure if Namikaze is actually part of his name as I don't speak Japanese and that could very well be a title). I'm personally more interested in who Naruto's mother was, her name being Uzumaki Kushina. Apparantly, her fighting and ninjutsu style are more like Naruto's than the 4th's.
Naruto's father is awesome then, but naruto not that great...
