Well I think Pein looks a lot like Naruto, if he is Naruto's relative I wouldn't be surprised at all, because they sure look alike and so far, Naruto doesn't have any relative, which is quite strange to me, judging from his appearance, Pein doesn't appear to be old, he still looks young, meaning that he could be Naruto's brother.
I think that the 4th may have been the father of this two, making Pein and Naruto brothers, even if their moms are different, for the ones that haven't seen Pein's face here's a pic, remember that this is a spoiler, look at it at your own risk,

That is a really good and interesting theory. That is the first real quality picture I have seen of Pein, and his resembalance to Naruto is uncanny...your idea would make the story pretty interesting.

How weird would it be if they turned out to be brothers. Like knowing that your brother is actually your enemy and you would need to kill him.

Woah. He does look like Naruto with red hair and eyes and with a ton of piecings. Them being brothers would make for an interesting storyline.

The eye thing that pein have might be a clan trait as you said but pein might be related to the group leader of hinatas group (o forget her name)
I think your refering to kurenai sensei right well pein and naruto does look a lik in physical especially there face so there must be a relation to naruto and pain maybe narutos older brother who wanted to avenge the tailed beast in killing there father.

In the latest manga chapter just has told us that 4th hokage is naruto's father...
But Pein is not 4th hokage...they face totally different...
so in conclusion pein could not be naruto's father...
