I think Jiraiya will face Pain in the upcoming chapters. Now the question is how he'll handle it since Pain was able to defeat the guy who beat all 3 sannin together :o

Sound theory. im thinking its like a long-lost relative somehow though, not brothers.
Ill say two things about Pein. I didnt know it was pronounced as "Pain" when I first read it! Then I saw a photoshopped pic of "Max Pein" ^_^
2) It should be a really easy fight against him, with all those piercings. Just rip out a few of his nose ones and one or two of his ear ones, and boom, he'd be on the ground crying like a baby.

The leader of the akatsuki(the actually leader not pein) is the brother of Asuma and most likely the brother of Kurenai. His name has yet to be revieled

Hmm never seen asumasbrother or the 2 subordinate of jiraya. and pain is definitely brother of naruto he looks like narutothe same age as itachi or even younger beside the 2 ninja didn't stated when he killed the one who defeat the 3 sannin and also the one who called them 1st 3 sannin of konoha.
and oh it is still mystery if tobi died or obito is tobi and madara the one who give the order to pain.

I think Jiraya will be killed by Pain, then the climax of Naruto Shippuuden begins... Konoha vs Akatsuki... Sasuke vs Itachi, and Naruto + Sasuke vs Madara

Yea...Pain probably has some relationship to Naruto considering he does look a lot like naruto and naruto's mother was from the Whirlpool country. Jiraiya won't die though...not just yet...Naruto isn't strong enough for him to die...lol...Uchiha Madara may be the real leader since he has the Sharingan and his chakra level is more fearsome than that of the ninetails (the ninetail fox mentioned this before about Uchiha Madara when Sasuke was inside Naruto).

I think he isnt related to anyone from main characters. Who will be able to take pein out? Naruto of course... Stupid question...
I don't believe that Pein is related to Naruto. The only similarity is the spiky hair. The whole "Yondaime is Naruto's father" theory (which in recent chapters was revealed to be true) was much more plausible because there were more things to back it up.

-Similar personalities (Jiraiya said they were both stubborn in Search for Tsunade arc)

Maybe Pain is from a different mother or father, he doesn't necessarily have to be the son of Naruto's mother or father you know, but maybe you're right, anything can happen in anime.

If that's the case, then he should have the rain village's kage's body as well since he was the one who killed him, interesting theory, but I wonder if it's true.
