What will be the outcome of the fight of Sasuke and Itachi?

Well we now know Itachi isn't letting Sasuke go so that means this is probably there last fight. I hope that Masashi doesn't switch the fight back to Tobi and the others because he already fed us two chapters of Sasuke and Itachi doing nothing but talking so he owes us.
(Although Kisame vs Suigetsu sounds like a fun fight too)

I am confused, why? i undestand at least how kakashi got his sharigan BUT how did madara actually place his brother's eye with his own how did he even make it merge since they are eyes

Probably through medical ninjutsu or something of the sort. I think he took out his own eyes (anyway he cant see), pullout his brother's eyes and put it on both of his empty sockets

Gaah, Naruto chap 387 is a cliffhanger. I hate those. Somehow I can't believe that Sasuke lost because you can never tell with genjutsu users. I won't say more as I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't read chap 387...

Yeah I agree with shinji9585. At the beginning of their fight, I almost assumed that Itachi was losing... but as you said, you can never tell with genjutsu users. I mean, gah, you could always find yourself trapped in another's genjutsu. It's so frustrating... (and of course, the cliffhanger as well XD).
My feeling is if Sasuke doesn't kill Itachi now, he never will. I mean the series is already 387 chapters long and if Itachi gets away again, it will mean a massive amount of chapters before they can meet and fight again. I have a feeling either Sasuke or Itachi's going to die, or Itachi will change his mind and him and Sasuke will make up...yeah right.twinklexinYeah I agree with shinji9585.
