Naruto is the opposite of Sasuke...

Agreed, right Naruto has other problems to worry about than Sasuke, and that Problem is PAIN. Even Sasuke is weaker than Pain because he partially defeated by that Eight Tails beast Killer Bee and had to be resurrected by Karin-chan...

At this stage of naruto. you can part naruto and sasuke in the same level. with out including the crazy 9 tail.

I dunno, now with Naruto in sage mode, there is no telling that he might defeat Sasuke. He did fight Pain, and is considered on par with him. What's more, if this isn't enough, there is the Kyubi chakra to back him up. As long as he finds a way to conquer the Sharingan, GOOD BYE, SASUKE!

My overall opinion power wise, Naruto is definitely stronger, but being who he is, he can't fully utilize it. Sasuke on the other hand is NOT that strong and only relies on his brain. In this matter brains over brawn. And what do you mean by Naruto relies to much on his kyuubi powers... his dad gave it to him for that very reason, to control it. Look at Sasuke he has way to much abilities he relies on, Sharingan and his Curse Seal. Now I think he relies on them to much as well. All in all they both have cons and pros. But I think they are equal, one may seem stronger then the other but Naruto is rated the number 1 most "unexpected" ninja :D

I'd say at this point, Naruto has more than passed Sasuke.

I dunno, the addition of Naruto being able to use sage chakra now is pretty cool, and at least he found a way to use the fuuton rasen-shuriken without damaging himself. But even those strategies use a lot of chakra -____-
Without even relying in Kyuubi's chakra, Naruto has more than enough strength to defeat Sasuke. it's not entirely based on what jutsu he has, even if he is capable of releasing the full extent of Sage chakra mode. what seems to be his best bet right now is that his resolve to do so, now that most of the truth have been disclosed to Naruto, he's not that confused anymore. like it is for Sasuke, they can finally have their own battle to its limit.
but on a side note, Naruto has the ability to re-create his jutsu to make it more powerful or more effective. this is his most dangerous talent of all.
