It already happen in the first part where Naruto easily surpassed Sasuke when Naruto learned Rasengan. Naruto's technique as well has surpassed Yondaime himself. Sasuke may gotten his brother's three deadly Mange-technique but it's not about the quantity, quality has a real meany business when it comes to fatal blows.

Naruto can never surpass Sasuke. He can't even accomplish something so simple as training. Sasuke is someone who has to potential to be greater. Naruto after all these years is the same person not getting stronger or improving his skill.
I know the easiest way, get a pair of Sharingan. That wud put him in the same playing field as Saske. Those damn eyes, you can so much with them, fuckin cool

Naruto will never be able to surpass sasuke, sasuke has sharingan so in a One on One Fight Naruto lose besides look at all the fight sasuke fought, Deidara Itachi Orochimaru and he done it alone, not naruto he has all the time help and thats why he is weak he cant do it alone
